Description
MaxTrac 810020 2″ Rear Lift Blocks for 1998-2009 Ford Ranger 2WD (Pair)
MaxTrac 810020 rear lift blocks are for 1998-2009 Ford Ranger 2WD trucks equipped with front coil-spring suspension and without electronic stability control. This pair of steel blocks fits the rear leaf-spring suspension and includes one block for each side of the axle.
What’s Included
- One pair of MaxTrac 810020 rear lift blocks: two blocks total.
- Steel construction with a black powder-coat finish.
- 2-inch block height with a built-in 2-degree angle.
Longer rear U-bolts are required and sold separately. This package does not include U-bolts.
Vehicle Fitment
- 1998-2009 Ford Ranger 2WD.
- Requires front coil-spring suspension.
- For models without electronic stability control.
- Does not fit 4WD or front torsion-bar suspension models.
Block Height and Actual Lift
The blocks are 2 inches tall and add 2 inches of rear height where no block is already installed. If replacing an existing block, the additional lift is the difference between the two block heights. Check the existing rear suspension before installation.
Installation Notes
Do not stack lift blocks. Use vehicle-specific longer U-bolts that match the axle and spring arrangement, and follow the MaxTrac rear-block installation instructions. MaxTrac specifies wheels no wider than 9 inches and at least 4.5 inches of backspacing.
