FOX Coilovers and Rear Reservoir Shocks for the Toyota FJ Cruiser

This suspension package pairs FOX 2.5 Factory Series IFP front coilovers with FOX 2.0 Performance Series remote-reservoir rear shocks for the 2007-2009 Toyota FJ Cruiser. The front coilovers accommodate 0-2 inches of front lift, while the rear shocks are intended for 0-1.5 inches of rear suspension lift. Front and rear lift ranges are different and should be matched to the vehicle’s suspension setup.

Front and Rear Design

The front IFP design separates the damping oil from the nitrogen charge. The rear shocks use external reservoirs to provide additional oil and gas capacity. These rear shocks control suspension movement; they do not raise the rear ride height. Rear lift is determined by the vehicle’s springs and other suspension components.
