Fitment note: ARB confirmed the current Tacoma rear leaf springs are side-specific EL122RA and EL122RB. These current springs use OMESB121 with original/OE shackles or with OMEGS12 greasable shackles.

If your truck has older CS046RA / CS046RB springs, use ARB OMESB89 bushing kit instead. CS046R by itself is not a complete spring part number.
