Next-Level Damping Technology

BILSTEIN B8 8112 Black Hawk coilovers and B8 8100 Black Hawk shocks are direct-fit upgrades featuring 2.65" aluminum bodies and proprietary finned remote reservoirs. ZoneControl® position-sensitive damping virtually eliminates hard bottoming while retaining a smooth ride over smaller inputs. Three external adjusters provide independent tuning for high/low-speed compression plus JCO internal hydraulic bump stop control, so you can dial in your perfect Tundra setup.

8112 Front Coilover Benefits

  • ZoneControl® CR: Dual-speed compression adjustability with telescoping internal compression stop (no external bump stop needed).
  • Secondary rebound stop: Eliminates harsh top-out; no external limit straps.
  • Triple-piston comfort: Smooth daily drivability with aggressive control on big hits.
  • Clickers: Independent low-/high-speed compression + JCO bump zone adjustability.
  • Finned reservoir: 60 mm ID aluminum canister for increased oil capacity and cooling.
  • Serviceable: Type III hard-anodized, rebuildable & revalvable, limited 2‑year warranty.

8100 Rear Shock Highlights

  • Integrated debris shield to protect the shaft in harsh conditions.
  • OE-grade vulcanized bushings for quiet, durable, direct-fit mounting.
  • Direct-fit valving & travel optimized for the Tundra platform.

ZoneControl® Cutaway

Dual-Stage Damping Mastery

Inside each 8112 is a triple-piston arrangement that blends comfort with race-proven control. The internal compression stop (JCO) and secondary rebound stop manage massive hits without the harshness of typical aftermarket setups.
