Overview:

Our 5” Suspension System for the 2000-2005 Excursion, isolates the use of our front and rear progressive rated springs. This system gives vlearance of 35″ tall tires and combined with the use of our ICON series Mono-tube or Reservoir Shocks, this system will give you best ride quality on and off-road. This system is price without shocks.

ICON 4.5″ Lift Kit Hanger System for 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 Ford Excursion

Overview:

This 4.5″ system is designed to lift your Ford Excursion 4.5″ in front to provide room for 35” tires. This system drops your stock springs 4.5″, which allows for 4.5″ of lift while maintaining the stock spring rate. This system comes with a 1.75″ bump stop spacer to prevent spring fatigue during the suspension cycle.  Also included in this kit is 5” rear block kit, with 17” u-bolts for a leveled stance.  This system is the ideal for all Excursion’s.

These Bilstein B1 reservoir mounting clamps are designed specifically for Bilstein B8 5160 and B8 5165 remote reservoir shocks. Made from high-quality billet aluminum, they securely hold the reservoir in place on the shock body, keeping it properly positioned even during aggressive off-road use. The clamp is a two-piece design, making installation quick and straightforward, and it uses heavy duty stainless steel hardware for long-term durability.
