OVERVIEW:

ICON Vehicle Dynamics Dodge Ram 1500 4wd suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind.  ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on and off-road. The Stage 1 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5” coilover shocks featuring an internal reservoir for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered Eibach coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. These coilovers are also height adjustable from .75-2.5” allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube rear shocks utilize a vehicle-specific valving that balances the performance of the truck from front to rear. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2009-UP Dodge Ram 1500 4wd Stage 1 suspension system is an excellent choice for those drivers looking to enhance the capabilities of their pickup on the road as well as in the dirt.

Overview:

2009-2012 Ram 2500/3500 4.5″ Stage 5 Suspension System utilizes the same technology as the 2.5″ systems while adding lift height, ground clearance, and user adjustability. Additional engineered front end components are added to ensure proper steering geometry with improved function throughout the entire travel range whether on or off road. The Stage 5 System is comprised of dual rate coil springs, tubular steel upper & lower link arms, polyurethane bumpstops w/ billet extension, sway bar drop brackets, forged pitman arm, track bar drop bracket, 2.5″ V.S. Series shocks w/ CDCV, and bearing style adjustable track bar. ICON 2.5″ Series shocks extend the performance of the kit by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, and give you the ability to tune the compression damping with the turn of an external knob. These shocks include FK bearings, billet top cap & rod ends, 7/8″ shafts for strength, and the industry only forged stem on a 2.5″ shock with rolled threads. The adjustable track bar with bearings not only improves rigidity over flexible factory joints, but offers adjustability to center the front axle under the truck. ICON steel upper & lower links increase performance, strength, and range of alignment. These link arms decrease the bind found in the factory link bushings. This ultimate performance system with billet link arms offers extraordinary diversity across any terrain, all while keeping a smooth highway feel. Installing this kit allows proper clearance for 35″ tall tires with no modifications, and some 37″ tires with minor fender well trimming for clearance.
