Zone Offroad torsion bar keys are made in the USA and are 100% resonant frequency tested to ensure a solid casting. Once tested the keys are CNC machined to ensure the proper amount of lift for your vehicle. These keys are designed lift the front of your truck 2 inches. Zone Offroad shock extensions are highly recommended.
Zone Offroad shock extensions (C5202) or longer shocks listed in the accessories are required for this kit.

Important Notes!

  • Torsion bar unloading tool required.
  • 35 x 12.50 tires on stock wheels will require trimming. If after market wheels with less backspacing are used then 33″ tires are recommended.
  • Shock extensions (# C5202) or longer shocks (# 7603) are required.
  • Optional steering stabilizers (3103/7103) only fit vehicles that came equipped with a steering stabilizer from the factory.

Zone Offroad now offers a complete 2″ suspension lift for your 1987-95 Jeep Wrangler YJ.

Many hours of development and testing have finally produced a capable leaf spring that we are proud to introduce to our lineup. These springs are a 4 leaf pack with anti-friction pads and center leaf spacer plates between each leaf. This design significantly decreases leaf pack internal friction for a smooth and consistent spring rate. These also come with bolt together Hendricks clamps to maintain leaf alignment. These springs are designed to give 2″ of lift and clear 31″ tires. While offering added flex, these springs can still hold up and handle your load of gear.

This system comes with all you will need including front and rear u-bolts, spring bushings, leaf shims, center pins, front brake line drop brackets and complete, easy to follow instructions.

New Zone Offroad hydraulic shocks are included.

Zone Offroad 2″ Coil Spacers Lift Kit 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 Jeep XJ

Zone Offroad doesn’t design just spacer kits, they design suspension systems. After looking at all of the spacer kits on the market, Zone Offroad designed one that would actually maximize performance. A lot of testing was done to ensure the correct durometer material was used to maximize vibration absorption and absorb harsh impacts while ensuring they were tough enough to last the life of your vehicle. In addition to using the perfect durometer material, a UV stabilizer was added to ensure the material wouldn’t break down over time.

After the perfect spacer was created, Zone Offroad didn’t forget about the bump stops. Many companies sell just the spacers without including bump stops or bump stop extensions. The factory coil springs were never designed to collapse farther than the factory wheel travel. If extended bump stops are not installed, this may drastically reduce the life of your factory coil springs. Zone Offroad bump stop extensions can handle any impact that you can handle while driving it. We know this for a fact!

The rear is lifted via a new long add-a-leaf that’s been designed and testing to hold up over the long haul without creating a harsh ride. This system also comes with new u-bolts.

Important Notes!

  • The XJ was produced with different possible rear axles. You will have to identify your rear axle before being able to complete an order. The easiest way to tell the difference is to measure the I.D. of your rear u-bolts. The Chrysler 8.25 rear axle uses a 3″ I.D. u-bolt and the Dana 35 rear axle requires a 2-3/4″ I.D. u-bolt.
