Zone Offroad torsion bar keys are made in the USA and are 100% resonant frequency tested to ensure a solid casting. Once tested the keys are CNC machined to ensure the proper amount of lift for your vehicle. These keys are designed to lift the front of your truck 2 inches. Choose the 2″ lift kit to keep the factory stance, but get it up for a larger tire.

Important Notes!

  • Many 97-03 F150’s don’t have alignment cams in them. These are necessary to properly align the vehicle and are available in the accessories section.
  • Torsion bar unloading tool required.

Zone Offroad 2″ Strut Spacers Lift Kit 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 Ford F150 4WD

This 2009-2020 F150 2″ complete suspension lift kit system features our extremely popular 2″ front strut spacers and a 2″ block and u-bolt kit. This system will clear up to 33″ tires and maintain the factory stance.

You may think all strut spacer lift kits are created equal and price is the only factor. That simply is not accurate. Although our strut spacers are among the lowest prices in the industry, Zone Offroad parts are manufactured in the USA and engineered down to the last detail. Zone Offroad F150 strut spacers use an offset design to make sure the coil clears the A-arm at full droop. Competitors that don’t account for this can have interference issues through full wheel travel. We also upgrade from the Ford factory 10mm 10.9 fasteners to 7/16″ grade 8 bolts. Most competitors will spec. lower grade hardware to save on cost. These F150 strut spacers are made from Polyphthalamide which is a thermoplastic synthetic resin commonly used to replace metals in automotive applications. This material will hold up to anything as well as provide long term corrosion resistance.

Zone Offroad engineers their F150 2″ lift kit with high quality, easy to install spacers that do not require disassembly of the strut and will maintain the factory ride quality.

Important Notes!

  • If running stock wheels the optional rear e-brake relocation bracket (ZONF5608) may be required.
  • The 2014+ models have a different mount orientation on the passenger’s side compared to the 09-13 models. This difference is detailed clearly in the instructions.

Zone Offroad torsion bar keys are made in the USA and are 100% resonant frequency tested to ensure a solid casting. Once tested the keys are CNC machined to ensure the proper amount of lift for your vehicle. This easy to install torsion bar key leveling kit is designed to lift the front of your Chevrolet Colorado or GMC Canyon 2 inches. The kit includes front shock spacers to not only compensate for the added lift, but gain wheel travel by allowing the suspension to fully droop to the factory frame limiter.

The rear is lifted with a pair of add-a-leafs for added capacity and reduced axle wrap. Differential Drop is included as well for proper alignment. Zone Offroad rear shocks are available in the accessories section.
