Zone Offroad 2″ Coil Spacers Lift Kit 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK

Zone Offroad doesn’t design just spacer kits, we design suspension systems. To maximize performance, a lot of testing was done to ensure the correct durometer material was used to maximize vibration absorption and absorb harsh impacts while ensuring they are tough enough to last the life of your vehicle. In addition to using the perfect durometer material, a UV stabilizer was added to ensure the material wouldn’t break down over time.

After the perfect spacer was created, Zone Offroad didn’t forget about the bump stops. Many companies sell just the spacers without including bump stops or bump stop extensions. The factory coil spring was never designed to collapse farther than the factory wheel travel, so not installing extended bump stops may drastically reduce the life of your factory coil springs. Zone Offroad bump stop extensions can handle any impact that you can handle while driving it. We know this for a fact!

Important Notes!

  • This system works for the 2 door, 4-door and Rubicon models.
  • The rear track bar relocation bracket J5308 is recommended if stock wheels are used with this system to increase tire clearnce to the rear fender well.
  • 2012-17 models using the stock front driveshaft gain more driveshaft to exhaust clearance with exhaust extension kit J5305 listed in the accessories.

Zone Offroad 2″ Upper Control Arms Lift Kit 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 Dodge/Ram Ram 1500 4WD

This system is developed around the same boxed, fully welded, heavy duty upper control arms as in the 2006-11 system. The control arms are made from 1/8″ steel and CNC-machined bushing and ball joint cups. The arms use OE rubber bushing and greaseable factory style ball joints for quiet, reliable and low maintenance operation. The new UCAs dwarf the factory arms and provide a larger range of motion via the new ball joint. The ball joint position is also adjusted compared to stock to keep it in a neutral position with 2-3″ of lift.

The UCAs are boxed separately (#D2301) and can be used with other leveling kit equipped trucks. In addition to the UCAs, the kit comes with strut top spacers that properly reposition and pitch the factory strut in order to gain lift without the chance of the strut rod rubbing on the factory upper isolator assembly (creating a squeak). The strut spacer works within the limits of the factory CV shaft so they do not bind at full suspension extension. The newer generation trucks have longer CV shafts than the 06-11 models, this allows us to run 2″ of lift safely without a differential drop.

While we have installed a 35″ tire with this system, the tire can rub the top of the inner fender under extreme compression. For that reason we are listing 33×12.50 tires on 17″+ wheels with 5″ BS.

Important Notes!

  • Not recommended for use with Bilstein leveling struts, or with any other form of suspension lift.
  • Will work with 3.0L V6 Diesel models

This 2″ coil spring spacer lift kit fits 1997 – 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models.

Important Notes!

  • Optional alignment cam kit (J5311) is recommended when using factory length front/lower control arms. TJs equipped with alignment cam bolts from the factory can reuse factory cams.
