If you want to run 32 or 33″ tires without having to do major modifications, then this is the kit for you. This complete system is made to handle great off road as well as ride better than stock on road. This isn’t a spacer kit, but rather an engineered suspension system. When compared to your stock TJ, this kit increases droop by 4-3/4″ and increases the wheel travel from the stock 7″ to 10 full inches of wheel travel! The true performance of this system is attributed to the coil springs. These springs are design to handle all the abuse you can throw at them and still hold their original height.

Important Notes!

  • Optional alignment cam kit (J5311) is recommended when using factory length front/lower control arms. TJs equipped with alignment cam bolts from the factory can reuse factory cams.

Zone Offroad Products 2011-2019 Chevy 2500HD 3″ Adventure Series Lift System.

This new system uses the popular Zone Adventure Series boxed steel upper control arm design along with traditional torsion key technology in order to gain 3″ of lift. By using the new fabricated arms, equipped with factory style ball joints and rubber bushings, the system is able to maintain a better quality ride and suspension travel over standard “leveling kits”. In addition, a front differential drop is included to keep CV angles within the factory operating range.

Rear 2″ blocks bring the rear up to give a very slight tail high stance allowing the truck to be used as it was intended without having a saggy ride. Front and rear Nitro shocks come standard to round out this simple yet advanced suspension system.

Zone Offroad 2001-2010 Chevy 2500/3500HD 3″ Adventure Series Lift System.

This new addition to the Adventure Series lineup of lift systems is built around the Zone Offroad heavy-duty replacement upper control arms already available for the 01-10 HD trucks. The arms are made from 3/16″ steel that is precision laser cut, formed and fully welded. Preinstalled MOOG brand ball joints and rubber bushings provide an easy installation and long service life. The ball joint is repositioned to compensate for the added lift and maintain a neutral position at ride height. To complement the improved upper ball joint angles, the kit address the other area often ignored at this lift height – the CV shafts.

The new Adventure Series kit for the 01-10 HDs includes a full differential drop system that relocates the differential down 2″ for near stock angles at the 3″ lift height. This is accomplished with a drop spacer on the passenger’s side, (2) drop brackets for the front driver’s mount and a integrated “half crossmember” for the driver’s rear mount. A new different skid plate is included to protect the differential in its new position. The rear is lifted via a 2″ block and u-bolts.

Zone Offroad Products 3.5″ Adventure Series UCA Suspension System. Engineered to take advantage of the factory suspension design, this system offers smooth on road ride quality while increasing wheel travel when you hit the trails. This improves on our standard leveling kit with top mounted strut spacers, heavy duty upper control arms, bump stop extensions, sway bar and differential relocation brackets, rear shackles to level the stance and your shocks of rear shocks. With clearance for up to 35″ tires, this 3.5″ adventure series system is a more affordable option to the full IFS lift systems.

At the core of this system is a pair of adventure series upper control arms (UCA). Our adventure series arms use a repositioned ball joint mount to provide greater range of motion for improved suspension travel. This corrects the ball joint binding issue common on stock control arms leading to premature wear of ball joints. The arms are constructed from 1/8″ steel plate, boxed and fully welded with CNC machined ball joint and bushing cups. High quality MOOG ball joints come pre-installed and ready to handle offroad abuse. These ball joints are greaseable for easy servicing as well as far superior corrosion protection when compared to uniball style control arms. At the frame mount, the arms use factory style, durometer-specific rubber bushings pre-installed for quiet maintenance free. The arms come fully assembled, finished in a durable textured black powdercoat finish for quick, easy installation right out of the box.

Also included in the 3.5″ adventure series UCA system are a pair of top mounted steel fabricated strut spacers designed to provide the lift while retaining original ride quality. The top mounted design is simple to install and speeding up installation time by not requiring strut disassembly. With the increased ride height the factory bump stops are relocated with the supplied relocation brackets. Similarly the sway bar is relocated using drop brackets to retain an operating angle similar to stock. Finishing off the front of this 3.5″ adventure series lift kit are differential drop spacers and longer hardware to keep the CV axle angles at a minimum while still allowing the use of the factory front driveline. For 2wd models these are not used. In the rear this kit uses a replacement shackle to provide 1″ of lift to level the vehicle stance. Rounding out the rear is your choice of rear hydro or nitro gas shocks.
