Zone Offroad 2007-2013 Chevy 1500 2wd 3.5″ Adventure Series Lift System.

Just like the Zone Offroad 1500 Ram Adventure Series Kits, this system is built around the Zone Offroad heavy-duty replacement upper control arms. Made from fully weld 1/8″ steel plate construction as well as CNC machined ball joint and bushing mounts, these arms dwarf the factory components. In addition to overall strength of construction, the new arms trump the factory components by providing more range of motion. The arms utilize high quality MOOG brand ball joints that can handle heavy duty use and work in conjunction with OE-style rubber mount bushings to provide a quiet ride.

The ball joints are greaseable and easily replaced with readily available parts at the end of their service. Proper brake line attachment points are included on the arms where needed for a factory-like fit. Matching the construction and quality of the new UCAs is a fully integrated front differential drop and differential skid plate system that relocates the differential for optimal driveline angles.

The included strut spacers provide a full 3.5″ of lift and install easily on the factory struts without the need of a strut compressor. In order to match up rear with the newly lifted front, a 3″ block and u-bolt system is included that replaces the factory 1″ block to net 2″ and provide an overall level vehicle stance. The choice of standard hydraulic or Nitro rear shocks rounds out the kit.

  • Certain tire/wheel packages can fit with the addition of the provided weld-on steering stops. These are necessary for deeper backspaced wheels to maintain proper tire clearance to the new upper control arms.

Zone Offroad 3.5″ Strut Spacers/leveling+body lift kit 2014,2015 Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra 1500

Adding to our popular Chevy line of unique combo kits, this system is inexpensive and easy to install. By combining a front 2″ suspension leveling kit and 1.5″ body lift the truck will set level and allow for 33″ tall tires. The 1.5″ body lifts gives that extra bit of height and tire clearance without showing off too much of the frame.

The kit comes complete with everything needed to properly lift the body and bumpers of the new ’14 Chevy/GMs. High-strength class 10.9 body mount bolts are included to insure the crush-proof body lift blocks stay put for the long haul. The front bumper brackets install easily and properly align the bumper with the lifted body. The rear bumper brackets are full-replacement design. No trimming of the stock brackets necessary.

The leveling kit portion of the combo kit is straight forward and easy to install. This design hasn’t change since 2007 making it one of our most popular leveling kits. Detailed instructions are included to make the entire installation go smoothly.

This combo kit brings together the great features of our popular line of 1.5″ Ram Body Lifts and Adventure Series Upper Control Arm suspension systems. What you get is a perfect combination to clear a 35″ tire at a very affordable price without skimping on features or performance, including massive replacement UCAs, strut spacer system and differential relocation.

This kit utilizes the same UCAs with a slightly different strut spacer system and does not require the differential relocation.

Everything is included for the body lift to properly lift the body and bumpers 1.5″.
