Zone Offroad 2007-2013 Chevy 1500 4wd 3.5″ Adventure Series Lift System. Just like the Zone Offroad 1500 Ram Adventure Series Kits, this system is built around the Zone Offroad heavy-duty replacement upper control arms. Made from fully weld 1/8″ steel plate construction as well as CNC machined ball joint and bushing mounts, these arms dwarf the factory components. In addition to overall strength of construction, the new arms trump the factory components by providing more range of motion. The arms utilize high quality MOOG brand ball joints that can handle heavy duty use and work in conjunction with OE-style rubber mount bushings to provide a quiet ride. The ball joints are greaseable and easily replaced with readily available parts at the end of their service. Proper brake line attachment points are included on the arms where needed for a factory-like fit. Matching the construction and quality of the new UCAs is a fully integrated front differential drop and differential skid plate system that relocates the differential for optimal driveline angles. The included strut spacers provide a full 3.5″ of lift and install easily on the factory struts without the need of a strut compressor. In order to match up rear with the newly lifted front, a 3″ block and u-bolt system is included that replaces the factory 1″ block to net 2″ and provide an overall level vehicle stance. The choice of standard hydraulic or Nitro rear shocks rounds out the kit.

  • Certain tire/wheel packages can fit with the addition of the provided weld-on steering stops. These are necessary for deeper backspaced wheels to maintain proper tire clearance to the new upper control arms.

Zone Offroad 3-1/2″ Torsion Bar Keys & leveling+body lift kit  2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 Colorado/Canyon

Zone Offroad has developed a comprehensive 3.5″ lift kit that combines the Zone 1.5″ body lift and Zone 2″ front and rear lift kit. The benefit? A package priced kit that is nearly the height of a 4″ suspension system and below the cost of a 3″ body lift. Not only does it avoid the frame to body gap caused by taller body lifts, but it has the capability to clear 32’s or even 33″ tires with trimming that is outlined in the instructions.

The body lift includes class 10.9 zinc plated body hardware, crush proof body lift blocks, fully integrated radiator relocation mounts, tow hook relocation and front bumper relocation. The radiator relocation utilizes a complete replacement set of radiator mounts that eliminate the need to modify the steel core support or fan shroud. This ensures proper airflow through the radiator and no loss of core support structural strength. Based on model year, Zone offers two rear bumper bracket kits that relocate the bumpers to maintain the factory relationship with the body while still leaving the factory receiver hitch in the stock location and functional.

Zone Offroad torsion bar keys are made in the USA and are 100% resonant frequency tested to ensure a solid casting. This easy to install torsion bar key leveling kit is designed to lift the front of your Chevrolet Colorado or GMC Canyon 2 inches. The kit includes front shock spacers to not only compensate for the added lift, but gain wheel travel by allowing the suspension to fully droop to the factory frame limiter. The rear is lifted with a pair of add-a-leafs for added capacity and reduced axle wrap. Zone Offroad rear shocks are available in the above upgrade section.

If you’re looking to go taller than 2″ but are not interested in the expense of a full IFS system, our 3.5″ combination lift is the answer. Beware of torsion key systems taller than 2″ that can adversely affect your ride. This system will clear 33’s with your stock wheels for a clean lift at a low cost.
