Zone Offroad 4″ Upper Strut Mounts Lift Kit 2009, 2010, 2011 Dodge Ram 1500

The Zone Dodge 4″ Suspension System is centered around two main crossmembers that are locked together with a substantial differential skid plate. CNC machined steering knuckles correct steering geometry while reducing installation time. Strut top spacers are used to maintain factory ride and no strut disassembly is required. Due to factory ride height variances, Zone Offroad offers rear 3″ coil springs or 2″ coil spring spacers so you can achieve your desired stance. Completeing the rear, the kit includes hydraulic or nitro shocks as well as a track bar relocation bracket and four link relocation system. Buy from Zone Offroad and be glad you did.

Important Notes!

  • Will not fit Mega-Cab models.
  • Not recommended for AWD models.
  • TRX models require removal of the lower skid plate but it is replaces in our lift system.
  • These trucks vary 1″ to 3″ tail high from the factory. Measure your truck and order the appropriate rear lift height.

Zone Offroad 4″ IFS System w/Upper Strut Mounts Lift Kit 2004-2008 Ford F150 4WD

The Zone 4″ system mirrors it’s 6″ big brother. The 3/16″ solid steel differential skid plate locks the main crossmember together and protects the differential during those more serious offroad adventures. The CNC machined knuckles ensure factory steering geometry for a solid steering feel both on and off road. An optional rear add-a-leaf is available.

Zone Offroad 4″ Leaf Springs Lift Kit 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 Ford F250/F350 4WD

This 4″ system features new front leaf springs that are designed to not only ride great, but will hold up to the abuse super duty trucks are made for. Optional, progressively valved shocks are designed to increase offroad performance and provide excellent ride quality. A heavy duty track bar is used to center the front axle and makes the kit much easier to install than a track bar bracket system. A 3″ block is supplied for the rear to level the vehicle. This is the easiest installation and best value on the market for a 4″ system.

Important Notes!

  • Dually applications will require different rear 3-7/8″ I.D. u-bolts
  • Will not fit vehicles manufactured before 3-1-1999 with 5/8″ track bar bolt head size.
  • Vehicles equipped with 2 piece rear driveshafts may require the carrier bearing to be lowered.
  • If vehicle is equipped with rear top mounted overload springs 4 of u-bolt part number UBT4035 may be required. Selecting the Ubolt option below will add four (4) UBT4035s to the base kit.
  • Trucks equiped with gas engine may achieve a slightly higher front stance.
  • If truck is equipped with curved/radiussed style front ubolts order kit # F1. If truck is equipped with square style front ubolts order kit # F2.
