Zone Offroad 4″ Leaf Springs Lift Kit 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ

The Zone 2″ & 4″ YJ systems include springs that are a 5 leaf pack design with anti-friction pads and center leaf spacer plates between each leaf. This design significantly decreases leaf pack internal friction for a smooth, consistent spring rate. These also come with bolt together Hendricks clamps to maintain leaf alignment and urethane bushings for long lasting performance. To complement these high quality springs in the 4″ system, Zone Offroad adds a dropped pitman arm, front track bar relocation bracket, front and rear bump stop extensions, front sway bar links, front and rear brake line brackets, leaf shims, center pins, u-bolts and a transfer case drop all with easy to follow instructions to guide you along the way. Zone Offroad’s nitro shocks are an option.

Zone Offroad 4″ Radius Arm Drop Brackets Lift Kit 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 Ram 3500 (GAS)

Zone Offroad 2013-17 Ram 3500 (Gas, Including 6.4L) 4″ Suspension System. This new lift system utilizes heavy duty drop brackets to relocate the new factory Ram radius arms. The new relocation brackets tie into the factory radius arm mounts as well as additional support to the frame. This relocation corrects the suspension geometry to compensate for the 4″ of lift provided by the progressive rate coil springs.

Extended bump stops, dropped pitman arm, track bar relocation and brake line relocation round out the front components. The rear is lifted via a 3″ block and u-bolts. For those looking for a lower rear stance, choose the 2″ rear block kit. Available with both standard and Nitro shocks.

Important Notes!

  • Although very rare, front driveline vibration may occur at speeds over 35 mph when in 4WD. If this occurs, install the appropriate optional t-case indexing kit. Optional t-case indexing ring kit recommended to reduce front driveline angle. Models with a 6 bolt transfer case use part # D5623. Models with an 8 bolt transfer case use part #D5813.
  • Vehicles equipped with a two piece drive shaft and a carrier bearing require bearing drop kit D5405.
  • Not designed for dually models.
  • Not designed for factory rear airbag suspension models.
  • Fits 6.4L equipped models.

Zone Offroad 4″ Coil Springs & Bracket Lift Kit 2008, 2009, 2010 Ford F250/F350

The revolutionary new Zone 4″ system features new front coil springs that are designed to not only ride great, but will hold up over the long haul. A 1-1/2″ solid steel track bar is included to properly center the axle after lifting. This track bar features new oversized, high-durometer urethane bushings for long term performance. The optional shocks were custom valved to work perfectly with the new Zone coil springs to increase off road performance while still offering unmatched on road ride quality.

The rear kit comes with 5″ blocks to replace your factory blocks so there is not stacking of blocks when you are in the Zone. This reduces rear axle wrap compared to other similar systems on the market. With the front replacement track bar and the rear block kit, this system is one of the easiest installations on the market for a 4″ system.

Important Notes!

  • Although rare, if your vehicle is equipped with both a stock 4″ rear block and a top mounted over load spring, 4 of u-bolt part number UBT4035 may be required.
  • Dually trucks will require different rear u-bolts.
  • Vehicles equipped with 2 piece rear driveshaft’s may required the carrier bearing to be lowered. If required, order part # ZONF5401.
  • Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models.

Zone Offroad 4″ Coil Springs Lift Kit 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ 4WD

This 4″ WJ system offers dramatic improvement in both ground clearance as well as wheel travel. The system uses made in the USA coils springs that are designed not to sag. The new massive lower control arms not only correct front alignment but include factory like rubber bushing to absorb the road. This system comes with a small transfer case drop to correct driveline angles. A heavy duty front adjustable track bar is used to center the front axle. The rear used an upper A-arm spacer to ensure the factory joint does not get maxed out through wheel travel. Check out some of our competitors and you will find that most don’t include both lower control arms and the rear a-arm spacer at the price offered by Zone Offroad. With 4″ of lift, you can clear those 31’s with room to twist as well as use your Jeep for a daily driver. The system is available with Zone hydro or nitrogen charged shocks.

Important Notes!

  • Vehicles equipped with V8 may not achieve stated lift height.
  • AWD models may require front drive line modification.
  • Some vehicles may experience front wheel shimmy that is attributable to the OE design. Specific tire and wheel combinations may induce steering shimmy. In most cases, alignment and/or tire and wheel changes will correct this problem. Zone Offroad assumes no incurred expenses associated with the correction of this problem.
