This 4″ WJ system offers dramatic improvement in both ground clearance as well as wheel travel. The system uses made in the USA coils springs that are designed not to sag. The new massive lower control arms not only correct front alignment but include factory like rubber bushing to absorb the road. This system comes with a small transfer case drop to correct driveline angles. A heavy duty front adjustable track bar is used to center the front axle. The rear used an upper A-arm spacer to ensure the factory joint does not get maxed out through wheel travel. Check out some of our competitors and you will find that most don’t include both lower control arms and the rear a-arm spacer at the price offered by Zone Offroad. With 4″ of lift, you can clear those 31’s with room to twist as well as use your Jeep for a daily driver. The system is available with Zone hydro or nitrogen charged shocks.

  • Vehicles equipped with V8 may not achieve stated lift height.
  • AWD models may require front drive line modification.
  • Some vehicles may experience front wheel shimmy that is attributable to the OE design. Specific tire and wheel combinations may induce steering shimmy. In most cases, alignment and/or tire and wheel changes will correct this problem. Zone Offroad assumes no incurred expenses associated with the correction of this problem.

This Zone Offroad 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma 4wd 4″ Suspension System gives current model owners a complete and affordable system to clear up to 33″ tires. The system is built off stout 1/4″ thick front and rear crossmembers that incorporate all of the front differential mounting points to utilize the factory mounting brackets.

This setup maintains the factory rubber differential mounts for an easier installation. After being relocated, the differential is then completely protected by a full-width belly pan. The new crossmembers also relocate the lower control arms to match perfectly with the new extended-length ductile iron steering knuckles. The knuckles dwarf the factory components, adding strength and durability to the entire system. The factory geometry and traction control settings are considered and incorporated into the new knuckles. This provides precise and compliant handling characteristics for stock-like feel and function.

This complete system includes all of the necessary details like bump stop extensions, sway bar relocation, strut extensions, and brake line relocation brackets. A 3″ block kit is used in the back to give the lift needed to match the front. Detailed instructions are included, including the trimming steps required for 33″ tire clearance.

The revolutionary new Zone 4″ system features new front coil springs that are designed to not only ride great, but will hold up over the long haul. A 1-1/2″ solid steel track bar is included to properly center the axle after lifting. This track bar features new oversized, high-durometer urethane bushings for long term performance. Optional shocks were custom valved to work perfectly with the new Zone coil springs to increase off road performance while still offering unmatched on road ride quality. The rear kit comes with 5″ blocks to replace your factory blocks so there is not stacking of blocks when you are in the Zone. This reduces rear axle wrap compared to other similar systems on the market. With the front replacement track bar and the rear block kit, this system is one of the easiest installations on the market for a 4″ system.

Important Notes!

  • Removal of the factory rear block is required. Net rear height gain will vary based on size of the factory block, but will result in a level stance.
  • If equipped with a 2-piece rear drive shaft, then a carrier bearing drop kit may be required. It is available in the optional accessories (part # F5401).
  • Although extremely rare, front and/or rear drive line vibration may occur.
  • Rear box kit not designed for dually models.
  • Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models.

Zone Offroad 4″ HD Replacement Radius Arms Lift Kit 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 Ram 3500 (GAS)

Zone Offroad 2013-17 Ram 3500 (Gas, Including 6.4L Models) 4″ Radius Arm Suspension Lift System. The new Ram 3500 gives new meaning to “Heavy-Duty”.

Holding true to that we have developed a lift system centered around two new massive radius arms to replacement the factory arms. The new arms are fully boxed, internally gusseted and designed to bolt in the factory location while adjusting the suspension geometry for 4″ of lift.

The arms utilize extra large, greaseable bushings at the frame and are designed to use the factory alignment cams at the axle. They are formed for maximum tire clearance. Lastly, they just flat-out look cool and are a nice upgrade from the standard radius arm drop systems.

In addition to the new radius arms, like our other new Ram kits, this system gets progressive rate front coils, track bar relocation and steering correction. Out back there is a lift block and u-bolts to level everything out. Standard or Nitro shocks are available.

  • Although very rare, front driveline vibration may occur at speeds over 35 mph when in 4WD. If this occurs, install the appropriate optional t-case indexing kit. Optional t-case indexing ring kit recommended to reduce front driveline angle. Models with a 6 bolt transfer case use part # D5623. Models with an 8 bolt transfer case use part #D5813.
  • Vehicles equipped with a two piece drive shaft and a carrier bearing require bearing drop kit D5405.
  • Not designed for dually models.
