Zone Offroad 2014-18 Ram 2500 4″ Radius Arm Suspension Lift System. The new Ram 2500 gives new meaning to “Heavy-Duty”. Holding true to that we have developed a lift system centered around 2 new massive radius arms to replacement the factory arms.

The new arms are fully boxed, internally gusseted and designed to bolt in the factory location while adjusting the suspension geometry for 4.5 to 6.5″ of lift. The arms utilize extra large, greaseable bushings at the frame and are designed to use the factory alignment cams at the axle. They are formed for maximum tire clearance. Lastly, they just flat-out look cool and are a nice upgrade from the standard radius arm drop systems.

In the rear, the new 4 link suspension designed is modified for 2.5″ of lift via a new heavy duty coil spring spacer setup. The coil spring spacers located and bolt directly to the factory axle mount. The new provided track bar relocation bracket centers the axle. Extended sway bar links and bump stops round out the rear kit components. Standard or Nitro shocks are available.

Important Notes!

  • *Kit images show upgraded Nitro (black) shocks*
  • Although very rare, front driveline vibration may occur at speeds over 35 mph when in 4WD. If this occurs, install the appropriate optional t-case indexing kit. Optional t-case indexing ring kit recommended to reduce front driveline angle. Models with a 6 bolt transfer case use part # D5623. Models with an 8 bolt transfer case use part #D5813.
  • Vehicles equipped with a two piece drive shaft and a carrier bearing require bearing drop kit D5405.
  • Not designed for factory rear airbag suspension models.
  • Fits 6.4L Gas Engine Models.
  • Will not fit Power Wagon models

Zone Offroad 4″ Radius Arm System Lift Kit 2008, 2009, 2010 Ford F250/F350

The new Zone Offroad 2008-10 Ford Super Duty 4″ radius arm suspension lift features tough replacment radius arms that are considerably stronger, made of 1/4″ steel, fully boxed, and utilizing large 2-1/2″, greasable urethane bushings. The arms bolt directly into the stock location, and position the axle for the proper caster and wheel location. The lower mount point at the axle utilizes our popular cam lock design, making it adjustable for 4″ or 6″ of lift. Engine specific front coil springs are designed to not only ride great, but will hold up over the long haul. A 1-1/2″ solid steel track bar is included to properly center the axle after lifting. This track bar features new oversized, high-durometer (hardness) urethane bushings for long term performance and improved handling. The system is comes with custom valved Zone hydraulic or choose to upgrade to the Nitro shocks for better towing and handling performance.

The rear is lifted with a 5″ block used to replace the factory block instead of stacking blocks. This system is also one of the easiest installations on the market becuase of the use of a front track bar and rear block kit. Important Notes!

  • Removal of the factory rear block is required. Net rear height gain will vary based on size of the factory block, but will typically result in a level stance.
  • If equipped with a 2-piece rear drive shaft, then a driveshaft alignment kit may be required. It is available in the optional accessories (part #F5401).
  • Rear box kit not designed for dually models.
  • Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models.
  • 4″ System Only – Although rare, if your vehicle is equipped with both a stock 4″ rear block and a top mounted overload spring, four of u-bolt part number UBT4035 may be required.
  • 6″ System Only – Although extremely rare, front drive line vibration may occur.

Many hours of development and testing have finally produced a capable leaf spring that we are proud to introduce to our lineup. These springs are a 5 leaf pack with anti-friction pads and center leaf spacer plates between each leaf. This design significantly decreases leaf pack internal friction for a smooth and consistent spring rate.

This system comes complete with a 4″ steering arm to yield the factory drag link angle. Zone Offroad also addresses the brake lines by providing front and rear brake line relocation brackets. Front and rear yellow zinc plated u-bolts with high nuts and washers are included to bolt the front springs and rear 4″ lift blocks to the axles.
