This 4.5″ suspension lift kit system for your 2007-13 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado & GMC 1500 Sierra 4WD pickups.

This 4.5″ system will give you an offroad worthy truck that you can still use as a daily driver. Not only is this system over 90% Made in the USA, this system has many advantages over the competition including new coil over struts instead of strut spacers.
By replacing the struts, Zone Offroad enhances the valving to control the unsprung weight of a 33″ tire for a drastic increase in ride and handling performance over simple strut spacers. The crossmembers are made from 1/4″ thick steel and maintain a clean appearance. To gain clearance for the relocated differential, like most kits on the market, the driver’s side rear crossmember must be cut, but unlike some kits on the market, Zone Offroad includes a weld-in plate to maintain the control arm pocket’s structural integrity. In addition to a heavy duty differential skid plate that locks the two crossmembers together an additional strut bar is added on the passenger side to add rigidity and additional protection.
The CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles ensure proper steering and control arm geometry and do not limit you to 18″ or larger wheels or require you to cut off the upper control arm droop limiter like the competition. By retaining the factory droop limit, you don’t need to worry about excessive ball joint or steering component wear and be certain the system works with the trucks Stabilitrack System.
The differences don’t end there, Zone Offroad only uses solid cast rear lift blocks as opposed to fabricated blocks. If you need additional rear height, Zone offers a add-a-leaf to fight spring wrap and yield additional height.

FMVSS No.126 (ESC system test) Compliant – With the popularity of Zone’s 4.5″ lift kit for the 2007-2013 GM trucks, the engineers at Zone Offroad Products have designed the new 2014-17 kits to retain many of the great features customers have comes to expect with fitment for the new electronic power steering on the 2014-17 trucks.

The system includes a pair of fully boxed heavy duty crossmembers and robust ductile iron steering knuckles engineered to work with the redesigned steering. A 3-piece differential relocation system is utilized to correct front pinion angle with the center differential brace tying front and rear crossmembers together for a sturdy differential mount. This coupled with the differential skid plate and crossmember brace create an incredibly strong front subframe designed to correct suspension geometry while increasing ground clearance.

To retain factory ride quality a pair of bolt-on 4.5″ strut spacers are used to provide lift. These install easily without the need to disassemble the factory strut. Also included in the kit are a pair of CV spacers, brake line brackets, sway bar relocation, and all the necessary hardware to complete the install.

To lift the rear and level the stance a 4″ tapered block is utilized along with longer u-bolts, brake line bracket and your choice of hydro or nitro shocks.

As with all Zone Offroad Products, this 4.5″ lift kit for the new 2014-17 Chevy/GMC 1500 trucks is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

  • *IMPORTANT*: GM is producing several knuckle/control arm configurations in 2014-2017 models trucks. Cast Steel control arm equipped models will require the “Cast Steel Control Arm” kit (#C27). Stamped Steel and Aluminum control arm equipped models will require the “Aluminum Control Arm” kit (#C28). Be sure to verify which factory control arms your truck has before ordering your kit by referecing our help image below (click image for larger view):

Zone Offroad 4.5″ Radius Arm Drop Brackets Lift Kit 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 Ram 3500 (DIESEL)

Zone Offroad 2013-17 Ram 3500 4.5″ Radius Arm Drop Suspension System. This new lift system utilizes heavy duty drop brackets to relocate the new factory Ram radius arms. The new relocation brackets tie into the factory radius arm mounts as well as additional support to the frame. This relocation corrects the suspension geometry to compensate for the 4.5″ of lift provided by the progressive rate coil springs.

Extended bump stops, dropped pitman arm, track bar relocation and brake line relocation round out the front components. The rear is lifted via a 3″ block and u-bolts. For those looking for a lower rear stance, choose the 2″ rear block kit. Available with both standard and Nitro shocks.

Important Notes!

  • Although very rare, front driveline vibration may occur at speeds over 35 mph when in 4WD. If this occurs, install the appropriate optional t-case indexing kit. Optional t-case indexing ring kit recommended to reduce front driveline angle. Models with a 6 bolt transfer case use part # D5623. Models with an 8 bolt transfer case use part #D5813.

Zone Offroad 4.5″ Radius Arms Lift Kit 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 Ram 3500 (DIESEL)

Zone Offroad 2013-17 Ram 3500 4.5″ Radius Arm Suspension Lift System. The new Ram 3500 gives new meaning to “Heavy-Duty”.

Holding true to that we have developed a lift system centered around two new massive radius arms to replacement the factory arms. The new arms are fully boxed, internally gusseted and designed to bolt in the factory location while adjusting the suspension geometry for 4.5″ to 6.5″ of lift.

The arms utilize extra large, greaseable bushings at the frame and are designed to use the factory alignment cams at the axle. They are formed for maximum tire clearance. Lastly, they just flat-out look cool and are a nice upgrade from the standard radius arm drop systems.

In addition to the new radius arms, like our other new Ram kits, this system gets progressive rate front coils, track bar relocation and steering correction. Out back there is a lift block and u-bolts to level everything out. Standard or Nitro shocks are available.
