The Zone Offroad 4.5″ 86-92 Jeep Comanche MJ lift includes new front coil springs capable of handling anything! Since we design our coil springs for off road use, there is only a 2″ bump stop extension supplied to drastically increase wheel travel. Our coils can be smashed to the bottom and will always come back! No, that doesn’t mean they are stiff. The key is using the correct size wire with the correct spring rate to offer the perfect ride and still hold up over time. Unlike many inexpensive kits on the market, our springs are made in the USA!

This system also comes with extended sway bar links to maintain the sway bar angle and control body roll. Brake line relocation brackets make the job easy to do at home. New heavy duty lower control arms are supplied to correct alignment as well as axle location. The lower control arms are made from 1-3/4″ OD x 1/4″ thick wall D.O.M. tubing. The greasable urethane ends are dual fluted to allow for proper lubrication and long term performance.

The rear is lifted via a new long add-a-leaf that will hold up without creating a harsh ride. In addition to the add-a-leaf kit, a new greasable extended shackle is supplied to gain additional lift and allow your springs to really flex.

Zone shocks are included in the kit that are valved to perform both on and off road.

This system also comes with extended sway bar links to reduce body roll and brake line relocation brackets to make the job easy to do at home. New heavy duty lower control arms are supplied to correct alignment as well as axle location. The lower control arms are made from heavy wall tube and include factory like rubber bushings to absorb the road and offer increased flexibility.

The rear is lifted via a new long add-a-leaf that’s been designed and testing to hold up over the long haul without creating a harsh ride. Unlike many companies (that we won’t name), our system comes with NEW REAR U-BOLTS!You never want to re-use a u-bolt! In addition to the add-a-leaf kit, a new greasable extended shackle is supplied to allow your springs to really flex.

New Zone shocks are included in the kit that are valved specifically for the XJ.

Important Notes!

  • The XJ was produced with different possible rear axles. You will have to identify your rear axle before being able to complete an order. The easiest way to tell the difference is to measure the I.D. of your rear u-bolts. The Chrysler rear axle uses a 3″ I.D. u-bolt and the Dana 35 rear axle requires a 2-3/4″ I.D. u-bolt.

Zone Offroad 5″ Knuckle & Bracket Kit Lift Kit 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD

The heart of the Zone Offroad 5″ 2011-19 HD lift kit is a pair of one piece ¼” steel crossmembers combined with the CNC machined steering knuckles to create OE geometry for a quality ride. Also included is a laser cut differential skid plate, differential support brackets, torsion bar brackets, sway bar links, offset rear 3″ lift blocks, stainless steel brake lines and optional custom valved shocks. This system is designed to level the truck and has zero change to the vehicle’s track width allowing for clearance of up to 35×12.50 tires. No differential trimming required!

Zone Offroad 5.5″ Top Strut Spacer Lift Kit 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 Chevy Colorado/GMC Canyon 4×4

Zone Offroad 2015-20 Chevy Colorado/GMC Canyon 5.5″ Suspension Lift.

This new suspension system for the redesigned Colorado has passed the FMVSS126 test for stability control compliance. To properly lift the new Colorado/Canyon suspension 5.5″, we started with new ductile cast iron steering knuckles. The new knuckles position the critical steering and control arm mounting location and work in harmony with the heavy-duty fabricated crossmembers. Along with new crossmembers, the provided differential drop brackets lower and reposition the front differential for correct CV shaft angles and still allow for use of the factory front driveshaft.

Speaking of the front driveshaft, a spacer is included to adjust the length and retain optimum CV joint position. A full width differential skid plate protects the relocated differential from the underside and ties the front and rear crossmembers together. Moving up, the factory struts are retained and relocated with top spacers to gain the full 5.5″ of lift. The top spacers do not require any strut disassembly and properly angle and position the struts to eliminate binding through wheel travel. Extended sway bar links, bump stop extensions and brake line relocation are also included to make this a complete kit.

In the rear, a new block and U-bolt kit provided 4″ of lift to level out the rear with the front. Rear Zone Hydro or Nitro shock options are available.
