Zone Offroad 2014-18 Ram 2500 5.5″ Suspension System. The newest Zone Offroad lift option for the new 2500 Ram follows the same design as the current 4.5″ system. The system utilizes the same heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets to properly compensate for the massive 5.5″ progressive rate coil springs.

The supplied drop pitman arm, extended bump stops, track bar relocation bracket, sway bar drops and brake line relocation adjust all the rest of the critical components and angles. The system coupled with a choice of standard hydraulic or Nitro shocks provides a great handling, smooth ride suspension system. The rear of the truck is lifted via 4.5″ rear coil springs.

For those looking to use their 4wd on the road at speed we highly recommend adding the optional t-case indexing kit to improve the front driveline angles. These two kits (for the 6-bolt and 8-bolt T-cases) come with a t-case indexing ring, front driveshaft spacer and heavy-duty replacement transmission crossmember. The t-case indexing kits can be installed when the lift is installed or anytime after if the need arises. The indexing kits will also work with other lift heights and brands for those customers in need of one.

Zone Offroad 6″ Replacement Radius Arms Lift Kit 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 Ram 2500 (GAS)

Engineered to match the strength of the 2014-17 RAM 2500 4WD trucks, these systems upgrade the factory front radius arms and offer great ride quality and handling characteristics on road while improving offroad performance and allowing 37″ tires to be installed. The new radius arms are a substantial upgrade to the factory stamped units and improve the ground clearance compared to drop bracket kits. The arms are fully boxed, internally gusseted and designed to bolt in the factory location while correcting the suspension geometry at 5.5″ of lift. At the frame mount, the arms utilize extra large, greaseable bushings to isolate road noise and vibrations while the axle mount is designed to retain the factory alignment cams for adjustability. The arms are formed inward to maximize tire clearance and looks great under the new RAM HDs.

In addition to the new radius arms, this system gets its height from 5.5” progressive rate front coils designed for a smooth ride for unmatched highway and trail performance. Steering correction comes from a forged dropped pitman arm and a heavy duty, fully welded front track bar bracket is used at the frame to recenter the front axle securely under the truck. Rounding out the front of this 5.5″ radius arm system are a pair of polyurethane extended bump stops, brake line relocation brackets, and your choice of Zone hydro or Zone nitro shocks along with all the necessary hardware to complete the install. Out back the the new coil sprung rear is lifted using 4.5″ progressive rate coils designed to level the stance while offering a great ride quality on and offroad without hindering the towing capabilities. Also included are extended sway bar links, bump stop extensions and a rear track bar bracket to recenter the rear axle.

In addition to this kit, Zone offers both single and dual steering stabilizer kits to fit the redesigned front end. Available in both white (3000 series) and black (7000 series) finishes, these steering stabilizer kits are far superior to the factory stabilizer unit and a great addition to help control larger tires on and offroad. The single kits are a stock replacement while the dual kits install stacked in the stock location.

Zone Offroad 6″ IFS w/Struts Lift Kit 2014 Ford F150 2WD

Choose the Zone Offroad 6″ Suspension System to lift your 2014 Ford F150 and clear up to a 37″ tire.

A 3-point differential mounting system drops and rotates the front differential to bring the CV shafts and driveshaft back to factory operating angles. Visually compare the Zone Offroad porterhouse knuckles to the chuck roast of the competition. Salivate over the fully cast, CNC machined, and resonant frequency tested knuckles that correct the tie rod and ball joint geometry with no track width change. Heavy main crossmembers are included with your meal and are locked solid with a differential skid plate. Choose your side of rear shock, and we’ll fill in the rest with a 5″ dual pin block kit that offsets the axle closer to the center of the wheel well compared to a standard setup.

This kit is all inclusive, so don’t look anywhere else, install a Zone Offroad system on your F150 and have no regrets.

  • Kit includes a 5″ rear block kit (#F2619) that typically nets a slight tail high stance. A 4″ rear block kit (#F2419) is available in the options if a more level stance is preferred.
