The Zone Offroad Products 6″ suspension lift kit for 2001-06 Chevrolet/GMC Silverado/Sierra 1500HD/2500 & 2001-10 2500HD 2wd pickup trucks is built for everyday driving but sturdy enough for offroad abuse.

The one piece main crossmembers in combination with the CNC machined ductile steering knuckles match the factory geometry for excellent ride and handling. The crossmembers are locked together with strut braces to acheive ideal subframe strength for the heavy duty use of your truck. Complete with torsion bar brackets, sway bar links, rear blocks, u-bolts and twin tube hydraulic shocks for a smooth ride. Important Notes!

  • Torsion bar unloading/loading tool required.
  • To reduce trimming on new body style HD’s 20″ wheels with 5 3/4″ backspacing recommended.
  • Gas models required minor exhaust modification to clear front driveshaft.
  • Although unusual, some models with a carrier bearing may experience driveline vibration. If this occurs, order appropriate carrier bearing drop listed in the accessories.
  • Not designed for dually models

Zone Offroad’s 2016 Toyota Tacoma 4wd 6″ Suspension System gives current model owners a complete and affordable system to clear up to 35″ tires, including everything needed to properly outfit your new truck for safe, reliable performance where ever your journey may lead you.

Up front the kits include a pair of heavy duty 1/4″ thick crossmembers, full width differential skid plate, and multipoint differential relocation brackets to create a strong subframe. These combined with the ductile iron steering knuckles all the system to work with the factory ESC System parameters to keep you safe on the road. Finishing off the front of this kit are a pair of top mounted strut spacers, new bump stops, sway bar relocation brackets and all the hardware needed to install. In the rear of these kits is a block kit to level the stance, new u-bolts, brake line extension and your choice of Zone hydro or nitro gas shocks.

It’s time to upgrade your Excursion! The revolutionary new Zone 6″ system features new front leaf springs that are designed to not only ride great, but will hold up over the long haul. A 1-1/4″ solid steel track bar is included to properly center the axle after lifting. This track bar features new oversized urethane bushings for long term performance. The shocks were custom valved to work perfectly with the new Zone leaf springs to increase off road performance while still offering unmatched on road ride quality. With the front replacement track bar and the rear block kit, this system is one of the easiest installations on the market for a 6″ system.

Zone Offroad 6″ Coil Springs Lift Kit 2009, 2010 Dodge Ram 2500/3500

This new Zone Offroad 6″ suspension system for the 09-13 Dodge Ram 2500 & 09-12 Dodge Ram 3500 is performance packed and budget friendly for those looking to get 37″ tires under their HD Dodge truck. The lift uses a unique control arm relocation design. Both the stock upper and lower arms are relocated to relieve angles, properly position the front axle and provide good caster and front pinion angle settings. The 1/4″ steel constructed relocation brackets mount directly to stock locations and only require a few new holes to be drilled for extra support. No cutting of the frame or axle mounts is required. Stock alignment adjustability is retained. Stock control arm angles are maintained to provide a great ride, handling and control.

In addition to the control arm brackets, all the necessary additional components are included. Full-length coil springs, dropped pitman arm, track bar relocation, sway bar relocation and bump stops are included. The rear kits feature new lift blocks and u-bolts. A rear carrier bearing drop kit is available also for trucks featuring a stock 2-piece rear driveshaft.

Important Notes!

  • Works on 2013 2500 with 4 link front suspension only. Will not fit 1 Ton Trucks.
  • 2-piece rear driveshaft requires carrier bearing drop kit D5505
  • Will not fit dually applications
  • Rear axle diameter will be 3.5″ or 4″, measure before ordering
  • Minor trimming may be required with some tire/wheel combinations. A front bumper spacer kit (D5801) is available to gain clearance if necessary
  • If driveline vibration is present, some 6″ kits may require the transfer case indexing kit (D5805). See installation instructions (step 17) for fitment details.
  • Will work with Power Wagon models with the addition of sway bar link kit D5301. Power Wagon models came factory with a 2″ taller ride height so net lift gain will be 4″ over stock.
  • Gas models may require modification to the front exhaust crossover pipe on driver side when using the transfer case indexing ring
