Introducing the latest addition to the Zone Offroad line of Chevy and GMC products, our 88-98 K1500 and 92-98 Tahoe, Yukon, Surburban 6″ Suspension System that ncorporates a completely new and improved design compared to the other bracket style kits on the market. Zone Offroad took a different approach with this kit by utilizing 1-piece upper control arm drop brackets to correct the balljoint geometry and maintain the use of your factory steering knuckles. A few of the advantages to this setup are no track width change and factory wheels can be re-used with 35×12.50 tires. Like our other systems, the kit comes with stout main crossmembers and differential drop brackets to re-align the CV shafts and driveshaft while maintaining a clean look. Important Notes!

  • Torsion bar un-loading tool required
  • Not designed for 4 door model Tahoe and Yukon
  • Requires exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft
  • Requires frame bracket modification and differential mount modification
  • Models equipped with auto-trac may require a new front driveshaft. The auto-trac (New Process 246) transfer case can be identified by the badge on the rear of the transfer case that reads “NP246”. In addition, the dash mounted display will show the Auto 4WD symbol. (NP243 is not auto-trac)

This Zone Offroad suspension lift kit system fits 2001-06 Chevrolet/GMC 1500 HD pickup trucks, 2500 Suburban-Yukon XL-Avalanche & 2001-10 2500 HD-3500 pickup trucks and is engineered to withstand the trail as well as make a great daily driver.

The once piece main crossmembers in combination with the CNC machined steering knuckles create OE style geometry for the ride you demand. The differential skid plate and the compression struts offer off-road protection for the serious trails. Zone Offroad 6″ Coil Springs Lift Kit 2008 Ram 1500mega/2500/3500

This new Zone Offroad 6″ suspension system for the 2008 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 is performance packed and budget friendly for those looking to get 37″ tires under their HD Dodge truck. The lift uses a unique control arm relocation design. Both the stock upper and lower arms are relocated to relieve angles, properly position the front axle and provide good caster and front pinion angle settings. The 1/4″ steel constructed relocation brackets mount directly to stock locations and only require a few new holes to be drilled for extra support. No cutting of the frame or axle mounts is required. Stock alignment adjustability is retained. Stock control arm angles are maintained to provide a great ride, handling and control.

In addition to the control arm brackets, all the necessary additional components are included. Full-length coil springs, dropped pitman arm, track bar relocation, sway bar relocation and bump stops are included. The rear kits feature new lift blocks and u-bolts. A rear carrier bearing drop kit is available also for trucks featuring a stock 2-piece rear driveshaft.

Important Notes!

  • 2-piece rear driveshaft requires carrier bearing drop kit D5505.
  • Will not fit dually applications
  • Rear axle diameter will be 3.5″ or 4″, measure before ordering
  • Minor trimming may be required with some tire/wheel combinations. A front bumper spacer kit (D5801) is available to gain clearance if necessary
  • If driveline vibration is present, some 6″ kits may require the transfer case indexing kit (D5805). See installation instructions (step 17) for fitment details.
  • Will work with PowerWagon models with the addition of sway bar link kit D5301. PowerWagon models came factory with a 2″ taller ride height so net lift gain will be 4″ over stock.
  • Gas models may require modification to the front exhaust crossover pipe on driver side when using the transfer case indexing ring

Zone Offroad 6″ IFS w/Struts Lift Kit 2014 Ford F150 4WD

Choose the Zone Offroad 6″ Suspension System to lift your 2014 Ford F150 and clear up to a 37″ tire. The new F-150s utilize a bar pin style mounting system for the front strut verses the traditional double-shear clevis/bushing mount from previous years. To tackle the new strut setup, we took the opportunity to develop a bolt on strut spacer setup that gives 6″ of lift, installs quickly and doesn’t require disassembly of the factory strut.

A 3-point differential mounting system drops and rotates the front differential to bring the CV shafts and driveshaft back to factory operating angles. Visually compare the Zone Offroad porterhouse knuckles to the chuck roast of the competition. Salivate over the fully cast, CNC machined, and resonant frequency tested knuckles that correct the tie rod and ball joint geometry with no track width change. Heavy main crossmembers are included with your meal and are locked solid with a differential skid plate. Choose your side of rear shock, and we’ll fill in the rest with a 5″ dual pin block kit that offsets the axle closer to the center of the wheel well compared to a standard setup.

This kit is all inclusive, so don’t look anywhere else, install a Zone Offroad system on your F150 and have no regrets.

Important Notes!

  • AWD models will require front driveshaft modification
  • Will not work with 17″ wheels
  • If using 18×9 wheels with 5.5″ backspace, fit the wheels before mounting to check for proper tie rod clearance. Wheel manufacturing variances may affect this clearance.
  • Vehicles equipped with factory powersteps will require E-Brake Relocation Bracket F5608.
  • Vehicles equipped with a 2 piece rear driveshaft and carrier bearing may require carrier bearing drop kit # D5405
  • Kit includes a 5″ rear block kit (#F2619) that typically nets a slight tail high stance. A 4″ rear block kit (#F2419) is available in the options if a more level stance is preferred.
