Zone Offroad 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty 4wd 6″ Suspension System.

The newest offering for the leaf-sprung Super Duties is built around massive 9-leaf full height front leaf springs. The leaf springs thin, multi-leaf design provides a great ride while maintaining heavy-duty nature of the Super Duty. By making the springs out of 9 leafs we are able to keep the spring arch low which improves the ride. In addition, when the springs get loaded down, all of the leafs engage in a progressive nature and hold up to the added weight without sagging.

To make the steering function as well as the springs, a dropped pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket are included. Bump stop relocation brackets keep the suspension from compressing too far and a choice of shocks keep the ride smooth and controlled.

For the 2000-2004 models, the factory sway bar is retained, utilizing the factory mounts ability to be “flipped” at the frame. For 1999 models, new sway bar links are provided – which accounts for the slightly higher kit price. In the rear, full-height 5″ blocks replace the factory components and add-a-leafs help get the last little bit of lift needed for a level ride stance.

  • Dually applications will require different rear u-bolts
  • Vehicles with 2-pc rear driveshaft require carrier bearing drop kit #F5401
  • Will not fit vehicles manufactured before 3/1/99
  • May need front driveline modification
  • If vehicle is equipped with rear top mounted overload springs 4 of u-bolt part number UBT4035 may be required. Selecting the Ubolt option below will add four (4) UBT4035s to the base kit.

Zone Offroad 6″ Strut Spacer Lift Kit 2015, 2016 Ford F-150 4WD

Zone Offroad 2015-16 Ford F150 4wd 6″ Suspension System. This new system for the redesigned 2015 aluminum-bodied F150s shares all of the great features of the current Zone 6″ system for the 2014 model trucks.

The system is built around 2 heavy duty 1-piece lower control arm crossmembers and massive ductile cast iron steering knuckles. Differential relocation brackets place the front differential for perfect CV angles and still allow for the factory front driveshaft to perform as is should. The 6″ of lift is provided by bolt-on strut spacers that do not require disassembly of the factory struts to install. New eccentric cam bolts make adjusting the alignment easy, sway bar drops adjust the sway bar to its optimum position and a heavy 1/4″ thick differential skid plate protects the underside when off driving off road.

In the rear, full 5″ cast iron lift blocks with integrated bump stop wings provide enough lift to level the truck nicely. Rear Hydro or optional Nitro shocks finish out the installation and provide enough clearance for a maximum sized tire of 37×12.50.

  • 18″ or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17″/18″ wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20″ wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire
  • 37×12.50 tires may require some trimming
  • Vehicles equipped with a 2 piece rear driveshaft and carrier bearing may require carrier bearing drop kit # D5405
  • Kit includes a 5″ rear block kit (#F2619) that typically nets a slight tail high stance. A 4″ rear block kit (#F2419) is available in the options if a more level stance is preferred.

Fully cast CNC machined knuckles relocate your upper balljoint a full 6″ to match the crossmembers and maintain factory geometry perfectly. This lift kit achieves a full 6″ of lift with the torsion bars in the stock setting -no “cranking” required to clear those 35’s.

The Zone Offroad F14 IFS lift kit system is one of the easiest IFS kits to install, requiring no cutting or welding. This complete system includes rear blocks and add-a-leafs to help eliminate spring wrap and keep the factory rear bump stop. Zone Offroad signature torsion bar drop brackets are also included to give your truck added style and new optional custom valved Zone shocks provide on road handling as well as off road performance.
