Ready for all your friends to be jealous? The Zone Offroad Products 6″ Suspension Lift Kit for 1999-2006 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado & GMC 1500 Sierra pickups is the ultimate in style and performance.

Whether you are just driving to work or playing on the trail, this system was designed to perform. The main crossmembers were designed to match the factory geometry with the new Zone CNC machined steering knuckles creating a true factory quality driving experience. Match this geometry with the heavy duty differential skid plate that locks the main crossemembers together and the compression struts that tie back to the frame and you have a system ready for some serious abuse!

Important Notes!

  • Torsion bar unloading tool required.
  • Requires frame bracket modification and differential mount modification.
  • Will not fit HD models. See kit #C4
  • Compression struts won’t work with early ’99 models with an “S” shaped transmission crossmember.
  • If equipped with 17″ stock wheels, 17″ or larger aftermarket wheels must be used.
  • Minor welding required.
  • Will not fit old body tyle 1999 models.
  • It may be required to order the rear add-a-leaf kit C6159 for a slightly above level to tail high appearance.
  • Optional Add-a-leaf kit is recommended on Crew Cab models to acheive more level stance.

Zone Offroad 6″ IFS System w/Strut Top Spacers Lift Kit 2006, 2007, 2008 Dodge Ram 1500

The Zone Dodge 6″ Suspension System is centered around two main crossmembers that are locked together with a substantial differential skid plate. CNC machined steering knuckles correct steering geometry while reducing installation time. Strut top spacers are used to maintain factory ride and no strut disassembly is required. The block and u-bolt kit combined with the strut spacer makes this system one of the easiest to install on the market.

Zone Offroad 6″ Upper Strut Mounts Lift Kit 2009, 2010, 2011 Dodge Ram 1500

The Zone Dodge Ram 1500 pickup 6″ Suspension Kit System for 2009-2011models is centered around two main crossmembers that are locked together with a substantial differential skid plate. CNC machined steering knuckle correct steering geometry while reducing installation time. Strut top spacers are used to lift the vehicle and maintain the factory ride. Strut dissaseembly is only required if the optional preload spacers included in the kit are used. The rear is lifted with new Zone coil springs, track bar relocation and a rear four link relocation system.

Two rear lift height options are available and when combined with the included optional front pre-load spacers, really allows you to fine tune the stance of your truck.

Important Notes!

  • Will not fit Mega Cab models.
  • Not recommended for AWD models.
  • These trucks are typically between 1″ and 3″ tail high. Please measure your truck and order the appropriate rear lift height.
  • TRX models will achieve aproximately 1″ of additional lift. This lift is not recommended for use on the TRX models due to possible CV shaft vibration caused by the additional lift. Instead, consider our 4″ lift system for about 5″ of lift or replace the TRX struts with standard struts for use with this system.

Zone Offroad 6″ Coil Springs Lift Kit 2008, 2009, 2010 Ford F250/F350

Lift your Super Duty with Zone Offroad’s 6″ radius arm suspension lift for an attention grabbing, smooth riding, complete, and affordable system. For less than the cost of some radius arm drop kits on the market, you can buy this system with bullet proof radius arms that provide more ground clearance, better looks, and a big strength improvement over the stockers. American made, gas & diesel specific coil springs will not sag to provide you the lift to clear 37’s and a ride you might not expect from a system this price competitive.

This system includes everything you need and more, including a dropped pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket, but for a complete list check out the features tab. To avoid stacking rear blocks or going too tall with a single block, Zone includes a 5″ cast iron block with an integrated bump stop as well as dual add-a-leafs. This block & AAL system will reduce spring wrap, will level the truck, and is also designed to shift the axle forward to ensure the tire stays centered in the rear wheel well.

For a top shelf 6″ lift without the top shelf price, buy from Zone Offroad with an elevated level of customer service to back it up.

Important Notes!

  • Removal of the factory rear block is required. Net rear height gain will vary based on size of the factory block, but will result in a level stance.

  • Although extremely rare, front drive line vibration may occur.
  • Rear box kit not designed for dually models.
  • Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models.
