If your truck came with a front sway bar, check out the accessories for a unique shackle sway bar link design that fits lifts from 2-6″.

Featured Technology & Benefits

  • 4″ Rear lift blocks
  • Rear add-a-leaf
  • 4″ Steering arm
  • Front and rear brake line relocation brackets
  • Zinc plated u-bolts with high nuts and washers

Important Notes!

  • Some models may require the transfer case drop kit C5001 listed in the accessories to alleviate driveshaft vibration.
  • The front driveshaft may need to be clearanced at the double cardan joint to prevent binding at full droop on some models.
  • The front exhaust cross-over pipe may need to be modified to clear the front driveshaft on some models.
  • “Some models came equipped from the factory with a dual front shock setup, with the second set of shocks commonly being referred to as “Auxillary” shocks. If you prefer to retain the Auxillary shocks, you must order the optional Auxillary shocks offered under the Required Vehicle/Kit Selections below. Optional Auxillary shocks are available in both our hydro and nitro shocks.”

Zone Offroad 6.5″ Spacer Lift Kit 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra 1500 2WD

Part: C33/C34

The 6.5” system for the 2WD 1/2-ton GM trucks mimics the geometry of the tried and true, FMVSS No.126 compliant 4WD lift systems. The kits include a pair of fully boxed heavy duty crossmembers and robust ductile iron steering knuckles engineered to work with the redesigned steering rack. This coupled with the crossmember braces creates an incredibly strong front subframe designed to correct suspension geometry while increasing ground clearance. To retain factory ride quality a pair of bolt-on strut spacers are used to provide lift. These install easily without the need to disassemble the factory strut. Also included in the kit are brake line brackets, sway bar relocation, rear 5” blocks, u-bolts, your choice of hydro or nitro rear shocks and all the necessary hardware to complete the install.

Optional accessories for this lift kit include Zone front skid plate and rear add-a-leaf kit and are available separately. As with all Zone kits, this 6.5” system is backed by Zone’s limited lifetime warranty, FMVSS No.126 ESC system compliance, and 5-year 60,000-mile drivetrain protection through 560plus.com.

Featured Technology & Benefits

  • FMVSS No.126 (ESC system test) Compliant
  • Over 98% Made in the USA – not a cheap import
  • Ductile Iron, CNC machined steering knuckles maintain OE steering and ball joint geometry and allow fitment of 17″ wheels
  • Properly corrects suspension geometry and allows for larger wheels/tires
  • Heavy duty boxed one piece crossmembers that maintain a clean look
  • Crossmember support struts included for maximum subframe strength
  • Weld-in control arm pocket plate included
  • Rear solid cast iron blocks
  • Works with factory Stabilitrak System
  • Available with Zone Offroad Hydraulic or Nitro shocks

Important Notes!

  • *IMPORTANT*: GM is producing several knuckle/control arm configurations in 2014-2017 models trucks. Cast Steel control arm equipped models will require the “Cast Steel Control Arm” kit (#C33). Stamped Steel and Aluminum control arm equipped models will require the “Aluminum Control Arm” kit (#C34). Be sure to verify which factory control arms your truck has before ordering your kit by referecing our help image below (click image for larger view):
  • To reduce trimming required for tire fitment, a 20″ wheel w/5.75″ backspacing is recommended
  • Factory 17″ and 18″ wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference

Zone Offroad 6.5″ Lift Kit 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 GM Silverado/Sierra 1500 2WD

Part: C2N

This 6.5″ suspension lift kit system for your 2007-13 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado & GMC 1500 Sierra 2WD pickups.

The Zone Offroad Suspension system yields the best performance for the price! The 1″ thick one-piece crossmembers maintain a factory appearance and improve ground clearance over stock. To create a solid sub-frame, the system includes two strut bars to secure the crossmembers together. The CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles ensure proper steering geometry as well as reduce installation time compared to a drop bracket system. To top it off, this kit includes new front coil-over struts versus a simple strut spacer found in other systems on the market.

Combine all of these factors and you can lock in the Zone 6.5″ system as the best value on the market!

Zone Offroad 6.5″ Radius Arm Drop Brackets Lift Kit 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 Ram 3500 (DIESEL)

Part: D52

Zone Offroad 2013-17 Ram 3500 6.5″ Suspension System. The newest Zone Offroad lift option for the new 3500 Ram follows the same design as the current 4.5″ system. The system utilizes the same heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets to properly compensate for the massive 6.5″ progressive rate coil springs.

The supplied drop pitman arm, extended bump stops, track bar relocation bracket, sway bar drops and brake line relocation adjust all the rest of the critical components and angles. The system coupled with a choice of standard hydraulic or Nitro shocks provides a great handling, smooth ride suspension system. The rear of the truck is lifted via a 5″ block and u-bolts to provide a level stance.

For those looking to use their 4wd on the road at speed we highly recommend adding the optional t-case indexing kit to improve the front driveline angles. These two kits (for the 6-bolt and 8-bolt T-cases) come with a t-case indexing ring, front driveshaft spacer and heavy-duty replacement transmission crossmember. The t-case indexing kits can be installed when the lift is installed or anytime after if the need arises. The indexing kits will also work with other lift heights and brands for those customers in need of one.

Featured Technology & Benefits

  • Utilizes Heavy Duty Drop Brackets
  • Correct Suspension Geometry
  • Progressive Rate Coil Springs

Important Notes!

  • Front driveline vibration may occur at speeds over 35 mph when in 4WD. If this occurs, install the appropriate optional t-case indexing kit. Models with a 6 bolt transfer case use part # D5623. Models with an 8 bolt transfer case use part #D5813.
  • Vehicles equipped with a two piece drive shaft and a carrier bearing require optional bearing drop kit D5405.
  • Not designed for dually models.
  • Not designed for factory rear airbag suspension models.
