6.5″ Strut Spacer Suspension System | 2007-13 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado & GMC 1500 Sierra 4WD pickups.

Zone Offroad now offers a strut spacer alternative to our popular 07-13 6.5″ replacement strut system. This new kit includes many of the same features as the current replacement strut kit but is geared more toward those that don’t need the added performance of the replacement strut. The new strut spacer system still utilized the tried-and-true combination of ductile cast iron, precision machine steering knuckles along with 1-piece heavy duty crossmembers to help make the lift possible.

A differential skid plate is included along with all the necessary differential and sway bar relocation brackets. The heavy duty, fully welded strut spacers bolt directly to the top of the factory strut and do not require disassembly of the strut.

In the back, Zone Offroad only uses solid cast rear lift blocks as opposed to fabricated blocks and limits the height to 5″. If you need additional rear height, Zone offers a preferred add-a-leaf to fight spring wrap and yield additional height. Nitro rear shock option available.

Zone Offroad 6.5″ Radius Arm Drop Brackets Lift Kit 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 Ram 2500 (DIESEL)

Zone Offroad 2014-17 Ram 2500 6.5″ Suspension System. The newest Zone Offroad lift option for the new 3500 Ram follows the same design as the current 4.5″ system. The system utilizes the same heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets to properly compensate for the massive 6.5″ progressive rate coil springs.

The supplied drop pitman arm, extended bump stops, track bar relocation bracket, sway bar drops and brake line relocation adjust all the rest of the critical components and angles. The system coupled with a choice of standard hydraulic or Nitro shocks provides a great handling, smooth ride suspension system. The rear of the truck is lifted with a replacement coil spring to provide a level stance.

For those looking to use their 4wd on the road at speed we highly recommend adding the optional t-case indexing kit to improve the front driveline angles. These two kits (for the 6-bolt and 8-bolt T-cases) come with a t-case indexing ring, front driveshaft spacer and heavy-duty replacement transmission crossmember. The t-case indexing kits can be installed when the lift is installed or anytime after if the need arises. The indexing kits will also work with other lift heights and brands for those customers in need of one.

FMVSS No.126 (ESC system test) Compliant – With the popularity of Zone’s 6.5″ lift kit for the 07-13 GM trucks, the engineers at Zone Offroad Products have designed the new 2014-18 kits to retain many of the great features customers have comes to expect with fitment for the new electronic power steering on the 2014-18 trucks.

The system includes a pair of fully boxed heavy duty crossmembers and robust ductile iron steering knuckles engineered to work with the redesigned steering. A 3-piece differential relocation system is utilized to correct front pinion angle with the center differential brace tying front and rear crossmembers together for a sturdy differential mount. This coupled with the differential skid plate and crossmember brace create an incredibly strong front subframe designed to correct suspension geometry while increasing ground clearance.

To retain factory ride quality a pair of bolt-on strut spacers are used to provide lift. These install easily without the need to disassemble the factory strut. Also included in the kit are a pair of CV spacers, brake line brackets, sway bar relocation, and all the necessary hardware to complete the install.

To lift the rear and level the stance a 5″ flat block is utilized along with longer u-bolts, brake line bracket and your choice of hydro or nitro shocks.

As with all Zone Offroad Products, this 6.5″ lift kit for the new 2014-18 Chevy/GMC 1500 trucks is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Zone Offroad 6.5″ Replacement Radius Arms Lift Kit 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 Ram 3500 (DIESEL)

This kit offers improved strength, performance, and ride quality over the standard drop bracket kit. Engineered to match the brawn of the 2013-2017 RAM 3500 4WD trucks, these systems upgrade the factory front radius arms and offer impressive handling characteristics on road while improving offroad performance and allowing for up to 37″ tires to be installed.

The new radius arms are a substantial upgrade to the factory stamped units and improve the ground clearance compared to drop bracket kits. The arms are fully boxed, internally gusseted and designed to bolt in the factory location while correcting the suspension geometry at 6.5” of lift. At the frame mount, the arms utilize extra large, greaseable bushings to isolate road noise and vibrations while the axle mount is designed to retain the factory alignment cams for adjustability. The arms are formed inward to maximize tire clearance and looks great under the new RAM HDs.

In addition to the new radius arms, this system gets its height from 6.5″ progressive rate front coils designed for a smooth ride for unmatched highway and trail performance. Steering correction comes from a forged dropped pitman arm and a heavy duty, fully welded front track bar bracket is used at the frame to recenter the front axle securely under the truck. Rounding out the front of this 6.5″ radius arm system are a pair of polyurethane extended bump stops, brake line relocation brackets, your choice of Zone hydro or Zone nitro shocks at all 4 corners, and all the necessary hardware to complete the install. Out back the rear is lifted using a 5″ block and long u-bolts to level the stance and allow for up to 37″ tires to be installed.
