Deaver Spring manufactures progressive rate springs that are high quality multi leaf units fabricated with high grade 5160 “American Made” steel for the Toyota Tacoma. The higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. For the 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma Deaver uses a linear compression rate curve of Deaver’s progressive system spring which is the primary key to excellent ride quality.

Other Deaver Spring design features include diamond cut inner leaf ends minimizing shear points, anti-friction pads inserted between the leafs for a smoother ride and quiet operation, full military wrapped spring eyes for superior durability, and OEM bushings. Put a set of Deaver’s on your Toyota Tacoma combined with properly valved high performance shock absorbers, and the ride quality will be enhanced beyond belief.
