The Zone Offroad suspension system for the Chevy and GM SUV’s is designed for an everyday driver, but built to handle offroad abuse. The lower control arm crossmembers match the factory geometry and appearance. Combined with the CNC machined steering knuckles, the critical components are relocated to factory specs creating a true factory quality driving experience. The differential skid plate combined with the compression struts for added frame support creates an extremely solid system. The rear is lifted with new coil springs, with a track bar bracket and sway bar links included. If you’ve been shopping for the best deal on a lift, look no further.

  • Stock tires & wheels can be installed back on the vehicle, but larger tires cannot be installed on factory wheels.

Zone OffRoad 6″ Lift Kit for 2009, 2010, 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD

The Zone Dodge Ram 1500 pickup 6″ Suspension Kit System for 2009-2011 models is centered around two main crossmembers that are locked together with a substantial differential skid plate. CNC machined steering knuckle correct steering geometry while reducing installation time. Strut top spacers are used to lift the vehicle and maintain the factory ride. Strut dissaseembly is only required if the optional preload spacers included in the kit are used. The rear is lifted with new Zone coil springs, track bar relocation and a rear four link relocation system.

Two rear lift height options are available and when combined with the included optional front pre-load spacers, really allows you to fine tune the stance of your truck.

Important Notes!

  • Will not fit Mega Cab models.
  • Not recommended for AWD models.
  • These trucks are typically between 1″ and 3″ tail high. Please measure your truck and order the appropriate rear lift height.
  • TRX models will achieve aproximately 1″ of additional lift. This lift is not recommended for use on the TRX models due to possible CV shaft vibration caused by the additional lift. Instead, consider our 4″ lift system for about 5″ of lift or replace the TRX struts with standard struts for use with this system.

This 6.5″ system will give you an offroad worthy SUV that you can still use as a daily driver. Custom valved replacement struts are included to properly handle the increased weight of the larger tires & wheels. The massive 1 piece main crossmembers are made from 1/4″ thick steel and built to handle anything. In addition to a heavy duty differential skid plate that locks the two crossmembers together an additional strut bar is included on the passenger side to ensure a solid sub-frame. The CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles ensure proper steering geometry as well as reduce installation time compared to a drop bracket system. Combine all of these factors and the Zone 6″ system is built to perform!
