Our Synergy Jeep JK / JKU / WJ Heavy Duty Front Ball Joint Set replaces your Jeep Wrangler’s factory ball joints with heavy duty ball joints. After over 5 years of development and over 500,000 test miles of research and development and serious abuse, these ball joints are the highest quality ball joints on the market.
Our fully greaseable metal on metal design improves durability and performance. The extra large ball joint bearing surface eliminates the inner nylon liner, creating a longer lasting, more reliable joint. If you have a lifted jeep, then you need heavy duty ball joints to put up to the abuse of bigger tires and offroad riding.

Metal on metal ball joints require a small break-in period of typically 100-500 miles to fully “seat” the bearing surfaces. During this time the steering may feel “sticky” or slow to “return to center”. Once broken in, the steering will be smooth and tight
Knurled ball joints are required when replacing ball joints that have enlarged ball joint bores; It is up to the installer to verify proper fitment

Synergy Jeep JL / JLU / JT HD Steering Knuckles go beyond standard durability by addressing common weaknesses found in the factory knuckles, making them an essential upgrade for every Jeep owner. These knuckles are crafted using advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring unmatched structural integrity. Increased material thickness in key areas enhance their resilience to impact, bending, and breaking under the stress of heavy loads or oversized tires. The factory aluminum knuckles are known for the tapers wallowing out leading to ball joints and tie rod ends bending and breaking from stress. Synergy has addressed these issues by constructing the HD knuckles from nodular iron making them 100% stronger than the factory aluminum counterparts.
Offered in both stock and high steer configurations, there is an upgrade for every Jeep! The Synergy stock replacement knuckles can maintain OE steering geometry to ensure tight, responsive handling, and direct bolt on fitment. Our high steer option raises the bar for the offroad enthusiasts, allowing the drag link to be ran in the flipped position. Using a flipped drag link and raised track bar you can achieve a higher roll center on your vehicle. This upgrade will improve the steering and suspension geometry and greatly enhance the drivability on and off-road. Synergy knuckles also come with adjustable steering stops to ensure you are getting the most steering angle available!
All Synergy knuckles use a full Black E-Coat to avoid becoming rust seized which can make replacing the ball joints and tie rod ends a nightmare. The Black E-Coat is less than 0.001″ thick and does not affect tie rod end or ball joint engagement while providing maximum corrosion resistance. We recommend pairing our knuckles with the Synergy Heavy Duty Ball Joints made from heat treated 4140 Chromoly steel for maximum strength & reliability. Synergy Front Track Bar Replacement Ends for 2017+ Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty

The Synergy Ford Track Bar Replacement Ends designed for our Synergy Adjustable Track Bars include either the rod end adapter slug with snap ring (7675-10) or ball joint (7675-11), depending on what year vehicle you are working on. We also offer a heavy duty replacement metal on metal ball joint (4155-01) for the 2017+ track bar or to be pressed into the 2005 – 2016 axle.
