Finally on the market, our Jeep JK JKU Front Axle Truss significantly increases the strength and longevity of your stock front axle. This truss replaces the front axle bushings and weak passenger side upper control arm mount that are prone to premature failure when running lifts and larger tires! Preventing flex or full on bending of your axle tubes is critical to prevent more failures to your axle shafts, bearings, and ring and pinion. Our truss is CNC formed for a perfect fit, requires less welding than the competition, and designed to work with the stock track bar mount or one of our Synergy Track Bar Relocation Mounts.
We have integrated our best-in-class Dual Durometer Bushings into the front truss design, eliminating the weak links in the factory housing and offering significantly improved performance in a maintenance free package. Dual Durometer Bushings require no grease and no maintenance while offering an extended service life over OEM bushings. We even made them stock sized, so you aren’t limited to proprietary bushing sizes if you ever wind up in a pinch!
