Synergy Adjustable Front Track Bar 2-6″ Lift for 1997-2006 Jeep TJ/LJ, 1984-2001 XJ, 1993-1998 ZJ, 1986-1992 MJ

A heavy duty, adjustable, front track bar designed as a factory style replacement for TJ/LJ, XJ, ZJ, and MJ applications. It directly mounts to the factory tapered track bar mount on the frame but requires the axle mount to be drilled to 9/16″ for added strength. A recommended weld-on gusset is included for the axle side mount for reinforcement. The track bar offers improved rigidity and allows centering of the front axle when running a suspension lift. Fits 1-4″ lifts.

Notes:

  • Factory style replacement track bar for 1-4″ of lift
  • 2.0″ to 3.0″ bump stop spacers will be required if the axle is pushed forward slightly from stock and an aftermarket diff cover is used. The larger diameter of the Synergy track bar and tie rod end will interfere with the diff cover if no bump stop spacer is used. We recommend cycling the suspension to full compression with the track bar installed to ensure no interference is occurring.
  • Approximate collapsed length = 31″
  • Approximate extended length = 32.4″
  • Replacement bushing is 4323-01, replacement tie rod end is 4135-L

Synergy Heavy Duty Front Drag Link for 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ/LJ, 84-01 XJ, 93-98 ZJ, 86-92 MJ

Requirements and Fitment:

  • Wheel back spacing requirements:
    – 15″ wheel – max 3.75″
    – 16″ wheel – max 4.00″
    – 17″ wheel – max 4.50″
    – Minimum of 2″ front bump stop spacers required
  • Fits vehicles with 2-6″ of lift
    2-4″ of lift, must use stock pitman arm
    4.5″-6″ of lift, must use drop pitman arm
  • Drag Link is bent to clear factory axle brackets and is compatible from stock to 6″ lifted vehicles. (Vehicles over 6″ of lift will require a drop pitman arm for compatibility)
  • IMPORTANT: Designed to be used with 8121-01 Tie Rod only

The massive 2″ diameter Front Lower Long Arms offer best in class ground clearance and allow the use of larger tires without rubbing. No bump stop spacers required. Long arms and track bar feature zero maintenance Dual Durometer Bushings (DDB) for increased longevity and vibration dampening. This system will lift the truck 3.0″ and accommodate up to 37″ tall tires.

  • To prevent front tires from rubbing the control arms at full steering lock, we recommend the following wheel/tire combinations: * Same size tires will dimensionally vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
    • Most* 37 inch tires – wheels must have no more than 4.5 inches of backspacing
    • Most* 40 inch tires – wheels must have no more than 3.75 inches of backspacing
    • Same size tires will dimensionally vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
  • Due to the additional weight of mega-cab truck configurations, we recommend all gas mega-cab trucks use Heavy Duty (HD) front coil springs instead of Light Duty (LD) front coil springs. LD front coil springs will give less lift than advertised
  • Upgrading to long arms requires removal of the stock control arm brackets at the frame
