Benefits:
Increases strength over the stock control arm mounts, preventing trail damage and ensuring confidence in your rig
Locates the mounts in the factory control arm locations, taking the guess work out of the upgradeÂ
Provides superior joint support and protection over stockÂ
Features:
Precision laser cut & CNC formed from high strength 3/16″ steel
Self-locating mounts align the mount to the frame during assembly
The Synergy Heavy Duty Replacement Tie Rod & Drag Link Ends are precision-engineered to deliver unmatched durability and performance in the harshest driving conditions. These are the exact replacements for your Synergy Heavy Duty Steering components.
Each end features a forged housing surrounding fully greaseable, sintered metal-on-metal bushings — a design that ensures long-lasting, high-performance operation with minimal wear. The studs are crafted from high-strength 4140 steel and equipped with a larger-than-stock shank, giving these rod ends the edge to outperform and outlast all OEM and aftermarket alternatives.
Engineered with grease grooves in the ball bearings, achieving the longest lasting metal on metal rod end on the market with maximum lubrication and wear resistance
Eliminating the nylon ball race allows for a larger ball bearing and increased strength
The spring loaded bearing design keeps pressure on the bearings and the joint tight as it wears, preventing premature play
Outperforms factory and all other aftermarket style tie rod ends by offering a larger shank with no stress riser (doesn’t neck down at base), preventing premature failure
Features:
Fully greaseable sintered metal on metal bushing design has high wear resistance
Precision engineered grease grooves in the OD of the induction heat treated ball bearing
Ultra-strong forged bearing housing made from 1018 steel
Spring loaded bearing design keeps pressure on bearings and keeps the joint tight as it wears
Tie Rod End stud made from 4140 steel with an extra large shank
Heavy duty nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) boots and retaining springs
(1) Synergy Heavy Duty Metal on Metal Tie Rod End (1) DynaFlow 1/4″ – 28 Zerk Fitting (1) Castle Nut (1) Cotter Pin
Notes:
Fits all 94-current Dodge Ram Synergy Steering Kits – part numbers 8525-XX or 8725-XX
New single plane tie rod ends now included with all 1994 – present tie rods – part numbers 4167-L, 4168-L, 4169-L
Single plane tie rod ends are not compatible with the metal misalignment caps – part number 4134-02
If upgrading to the new single plane tie rod end on older model tie rods for these model years, the opposing tie rod end will require a new poly boot part number 4131-01
If the cotter pin does not engage the castle nut upon install, a washer is required; Washer may not be required on all knuckles depending on casting differences and wear

Synergy MFG Suspension Systems use a synergistic approach, meaning the combined effect of the components is greater than the sum of the individual parts. The overall performance of the system is the most important factor when we are designing components to work together. Synergy MFG Suspension Systems are complete systems for your vehicle and include all necessary components for the lift height and performance advertised.
Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the 3″ Dodge Long Arm System is designed for increased performance, stability, and ride quality both on and off road. The massive 2″ diameter Front Lower Long Arms offer best in class ground clearance and allow the use of larger tires without rubbing. No bump stop spacers required. Long arms and track bar feature zero maintenance Dual Durometer Bushings (DDB) for increased longevity and vibration dampening. This system will lift the truck 3.0″ and accommodate up to 37″ tall tires.
Warning: 2013 Dodge Ram 3500’s were a split year for production. If your truck has radius arms use Dodge Ram 2014+ pages
Benefits:
Progressive wound coil spring manufactured using the latest in CNC hot winding technology for optimized on and off road performance

Notes:
To prevent front tires from rubbing the control arms at full steering lock, we recommend the following wheel/tire combinations: * Same size tires will dimensionally vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
Most* 37 inch tires – wheels must have no more than 4.5 inches of backspacing
Most* 40 inch tires – wheels must have no more than 3.75 inches of backspacing
Same size tires will dimensionally vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
Due to the additional weight of mega-cab truck configurations, we recommend all gas mega-cab trucks use Heavy Duty (HD) front coil springs instead of Light Duty (LD) front coil springs. LD front coil springs will give less lift than advertised
Upgrading to long arms requires removal of the stock control arm brackets at the frame
