    – 94-07 trucks with 14mm or  9/16″ bolt: Replace with 4323-01 Dual Durometer Bushing (DDB) or use 8529-01 Retrofit Kit.
    – 08-13 trucks with 16mm or 5/8″ bolt: Must use 8529-01 Retrofit Kit.

Notes:

  • Engineered to fit trucks with 0″ – 6″ of lift height
  • Upgrading to long arms requires removal of the stock control arm brackets at the frame; We recommend all cutting / grinding / welding be done by an experienced welder / fabricator
  • To prevent front tires from rubbing the control arms at full steering lock, we recommend the following wheel/tire combinations:
    • Most 37 inch tires – wheels must have no more than 4.5 inches of backspacing
    • Most 40 inch tires – wheels must have no more than 3.75 inches of backspacing
    • Please note: Tire dimensions and sizing vary from manufacturer to manufacturer
  • While this is a bolt on kit, welding the brackets after installation is a clean, reliable method
  • 8565 Cam Bolt Eliminators recommended for increased strength and extended bushing life
  • Additional bushing sleeves are included for 2010 – 2013 models with larger bolt diameters
