The 4/4.5″ Stage 3 System includes all the components from the Stage 2 System but exchanges the Fixed Length Lower Control Arms for Adjustable Lower Control Arms (8051, 8052) and adds Adjustable Upper Control Arms (8053, 8054) front and rear. The Adjustable Control Arms are required for locating the front/rear axles with lift heights over 3″ & for adjusting the pinion angles when using aftermarket 1310-1350 drive shafts. This system also adds Front and Rear Adjustable Track Bars for centering the axles under the vehicle at the increased ride height. This system will fit 37″ tires with stock fenders or 40″ tires with high fenders.

Fitment Notes:

  • 2012+ JK’s lifted over 2″ will require exhaust spacers (5017), or a front aftermarket drive shaft to prevent interference with the exhaust.
  • 3″ and up lifts, aftermarket driveshafts are recommended
  • Springs are designed to provide the advertised amount of lift with use of aftermarket bumpers, winches, & tire carriers. More lift will occur on vehicles in stock trim.
  • Springs retain the factory rake of the vehicle where the rear is higher than the front. Vehicle should sit level when loaded. Request one size shorter rear springs to level the vehicle out when unloaded.
  • Requires 16″ or larger wheel diameter

Synergy Lithium Complex Extreme Pressure (EP) Grease is powered by Micro-Armor Solid-Film Lubrication Technology, which utilizes patented “micro-particles” to outperform ALL other grease technologies in extreme friction applications by repairing and smoothing damaged metal surfaces while reducing friction and heat. NLGI rated GC-LB, the highest rating awarded for chassis and wheel bearing grease. Comes in a 14oz / 397g tube and is designed to be used in a standard size grease gun. Sold individually or in a case of 12.

The corrosive resistant protective film repairs and prevents damage on metal surfaces that see friction or heat including roller bearings, wheel bearings, suspension joints, ball joints, u-joints, and tie rod ends. Does it need grease? Then it needs THIS grease.
