Synergy Exhaust Spacer Kit 2.5″+ Lift for 2012-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK

The Synergy 2012 – 2018 Jeep JK / JKU Exhaust Spacer Kit is necessary on any 2012 – 2018 JK with more than 2″ of lift and stock driveshafts. It relocates the factory crossover pipe down and rearwards to allow for additional front drive shaft clearance. A crucial step when installing a lift of any kind, including one of our Synergy Stage Suspension Systems is ensuring there is no clearance issues or binding. Unfortunately, the exhaust tends to be left behind. Prevent unwanted clearance issues with this simple kit!

Synergy Heavy Duty Sway Bar Links 3.5-6 Lift

Factory sway bar links on Ram trucks allow excessive body roll and limit articulation during off-road travel. These Synergy Heavy Duty Sway Bar Links replace the flexible factory bushings with a spherical bushing and sealed tie rod end for direct, low-friction load transfer. The 1020 CR solid construction and zinc plating resist bending and corrosion while maintaining full suspension movement. These links provide up to 30 degrees of bind free misalignment, preventing preload during articulation.

Installation Notes

  • Model year 1998.5-2002 trucks require the Synergy Heavy Duty Steering Kit for clearance:
    8525-02 for 2000-2002
    and
    8525-03 for 1994-1999.
  • To run part 8515-11 on a 1998-2002 Ram, the Synergy spacer kit is required:
    4006-01 spacer kit.
  • Model year 2003-2009 trucks may have passenger side clearance issues if equipped with factory Y-link steering.
  • Some early models may require minor drilling at the axle mount.
  • 2013 Ram 3500 is a split production year. Radius arm trucks must use 2014+ sway bar links.
