The aFe Power Vulcan Series DPF-Back Exhaust (49-38093-B) wakes up your Jeep Gladiator JT 3.0L EcoDiesel (’21-’23) with a tougher look and a clean, side-exit finish—without touching emissions hardware. Built from 3-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel, this system resists corrosion, fits like factory, and installs bolt-on using the OE flange and hangers.

A 4.5-inch black 304 SS tip caps the system with a subtle, high-end look. The exit is adjustable for trucks running factory rear sliders (Sport/Rubicon), and the whole setup is MIG-welded for long-term durability. Because it’s DPF-back, there’s no tuning or cutting required and no CARB EO needed.

Why we like it for the JT EcoDiesel

  • Premium 304 stainless throughout for maximum longevity—ideal for wet, salty, or off-road use.

  • Side-exit routing that keeps things tidy at the bumper.

  • Clamp-on tip with aFe logo—easy to clock for the perfect look.

  • True driveway install: clamps torque to 40-45 ft-lb; hardware included.

Includes: over-axle pipe, tailpipe, turn-out, black tip (49T30451-B09), clamps & hardware.
Emissions: DPF-back; does not affect emissions equipment.

FAQ

Do the coilovers lift the rear? No—rear shocks improve control only; rear height is unchanged unless paired with lift components.

Which clip should I choose? Many WK2s level near Clip 3 (~1.25″); use lower if you carry added front weight or prefer some rake, higher for a taller level.
