The 6112s use a massive 60 mm body and matched lift coils to deliver more control, more travel, and a true 1.85-2.75″ front lift when paired with the correct upper control arms.

What The Bilstein 6112 System Does

Bilstein B8 6112 leveling kits are designed to increase ground clearance, allow larger tires, and improve wheel travel.
Multiple snap-ring grooves on the shock body let you move the spring seat and fine tune ride height. The system uses:

• (2) 60 mm monotube shock absorbers with large digressive pistons
• (2) custom matched cold wound coil springs
• (2) billet aluminum spring seats

The large piston and monotube construction give you strong damping control on and off road, resisting fade on washboard, towing, and longer dirt sections far better than stock struts or spacer-only kits.

• Front (pre-assembled coilovers):
  • Bilstein B8 6112 60 mm front struts with Bilstein lift springs and billet spring seats
  • ASSEMBLED with new top mounts, bushings, isolators, and hardware
  • Snap-ring adjustable spring perch, set up for approximately 1.85-2.75″ front lift (position and load dependent)
  • No spring compressor needed – true bolt-in coilovers
• Rear shocks:
  • Your choice of Bilstein 5100 rear shocks for 0-1″ lift, or
  • Bilstein 5160 remote reservoir rear shocks for extra cooling and control

Aftermarket Upper Control Arms Required

• Aftermarket upper control arms are required with this 1.85-2.75″ 6112 setup.
