Read moreA Yes Shocks will fit Nissan Xterra 2000A You can use the Bilstein 4600 kit on a 2000 Xterra, but you may need to address clearance at the rear. Some owners remove the rear sway bar temporarily during install to get the shock in, then fit extended end-links or a relocation kit so the swaybar sits away from the shock.
