Bilstein/OME 1.5-2″ Front Lift Assembled Coilovers and 0-1″ Rear Lift Shocks for 2005-2015 Nissan Xterra

Bilstein/ARB 1.5-2″ Front Lift Pre-Assembled Coilovers + 0-1″ Rear Lift Shocks – 2005-2015 Nissan Xterra

Part: BCOXR05S

Matched front and rear ride control for your Xterra. This kit combines Bilstein 5100 height-adjustable front struts assembled with ARB/OME coils and Bilstein 5100 rear shocks sized for 0-1″ rear lift. Front coilovers ship pre-assembled with new top mounts and hardware so you avoid the spring compressor and get a clean, fast install.

What’s Included

  • Front (assembled coilovers): 2 x Bilstein 5100 struts 24-187053 with ARB/OME coils, new top mounts, isolators, dust boots, and hardware
  • Rear: 2 x Bilstein 5100 shocks 24-187169 for 0-1″ rear lift, with bushings pre-installed

Front Coil Options (choose one)

  • OME 2607 – approx. 1.5-2″ front lift for stock bumper and no extra weight
  • OME 2608 – approx. 1.5″ front lift for +110 lb constant front weight (steel bumper + winch)

Important Front Setup Note

Coilovers are assembled on the 1st clip. Setting a higher clip is not recommended and can over-lift the front, risking CV, ball joint, and suspension damage.

Rear Shock Specs – Bilstein 5100 (24-187169)

  • Series: 5100
  • Extended length: 20.87 in
  • Collapsed length: 13.54 in
  • Rear lift support: 0-1″ (shocks alone do not add lift)
  • Design: monotube, 46 mm digressive piston, nitrogen gas-charged
  • Body: zinc-plated steel with Triple-C-Technology coating

  • Drivetrain: Rear shocks listed for 4WD; fronts fit 2WD/4WD. Verify rear if 2WD.

Technical Notes

  • Bilstein 5100 monotube design – 46 mm digressive piston – nitrogen gas-charged
  • Snap-ring grooved front bodies allow perch changes, but this kit is built on the 1st clip only
  • Alignment is required after installation
  • Expect minor settling after initial miles

FAQ

Do the fronts come assembled? Yes. New coils, mounts, and hardware are installed.

Can I move the front clip higher? No. This kit is intentionally set to the 1st clip to avoid over-lifting and component damage.

Will the rear shocks lift my truck? No. They are valved and sized to work with 0-1″ rear lift springs or spacers.

Which coil should I choose? Use 2607 for stock-weight trucks; 2608 for +110 lb constant front weight (steel bumper + winch).

Questions and answers of the customers

I have a 2012 Xterra Pro-4X in New Hampshire that I use to plow my driveway in the winter and the plow weighs approximately 300lbs. I probably plow around 15 to 20 time during the winter and never leave the plow on after each use. The rest of the year I use the Xterra normally. Would you recommend the regular or heavy duty front shock/spring assembly for my application? Thanks

A With this kind of load, you should use stronger springs, but since you only use the plow in winter, we do not recommend using stiff springs, since in other seasons of the year, without the extra load, the ride will be rough.
