The Synergy Fox Shock Eyelet Sleeve allows you to adapt the late model Ford Super Duty shock (2017+) to earlier model applications (2005-2016). We use this part in the Synergy Ford Super Duty Leveling Systems (8650-12 – Diesel | 8650-22 – Gas) to allow use of the newer shock design & tune used in the 2017+ trucks on the earlier models 2005-2016 trucks.

  • 2005+ Ford Super Duty F-250 / F-350
