Product Description

Bilstein B8 8112 (ZoneControl) CR suspension kits are a direct fit, position sensitive coilover designed for light trucks and SUV’s. ZoneControl CR is a revolutionary technology delivering position sensitive damping. The system incorporates a triple piston design, offering 3 stages of compression valving and 2 stages of rebound valving. The coilover module utilizes a threaded spring seat for ride height adjustability ranging from 0-3.8” (depending on application). The coilover is supplied with a remote reservoir for increased cooling and an accompanied, bolt-on anodized reservoir chassis mount. BILSTEIN B8 8112 (ZoneControl) CR position sensitive coilovers will offer unparalleled ride comfort during every day driving combined with maximum control over large suspension inputs.

      The Bilstein B 8 8112’s are adjustable up to 2.6 inches for my 25 Ram 1500. Can these coil overs be purchased pre set at certain height like in my case 2 inches. I do see that there is a spanner wrench included so my 2nd question would be, does the spring have to be compressed to turn the nut iris it design to use the spanner wrench on the bench prior to installing? Thank you!

      A Before installing the B8 8112 shocks on the vehicle, check if they are set at the desired lift height. The pre-set lift height for 4WD models is approximately 2.5” with adjustment down to 1.25”. The pre-set lift height is too high for 2WD models and will need to be adjusted before installing on the vehicle.  here is the manual please  * * *  https://bilstein.blob.core.windows.net/images/Media/E-WM05-0000068_1.pdf
