Level your fifth-gen Ram and tighten up handling with a complete, ready-to-bolt kit. Up front, height-adjustable Bilstein B8 5100 shocks are paired with genuine Mopar coils and new top mounts. Out back, matched Bilstein 5100 shocks and Bilstein B12 rear coils add about 1″ of rear lift for a composed, confident stance—on pavement and on the trail.

  • 0-2.6″ front lift range: Snap-ring grooves on the 5100 body let you dial in the exact rake and tyre clearance you want.
  • Monotube control: 46 mm digressive pistons deliver crisp turn-in, flatter cornering, and stable braking without harshness.
  • Heat-resistant damping: High-pressure nitrogen and large oil volume resist fade over washboards and long descents.
  • Aligned tuning, front to rear: Matching 5100 valving keeps the truck settled with bed cargo, campers, or weekend gear.
  • No spring compressor needed: Front coilovers arrive pre-assembled with new top mounts—bolt on, torque, align, done.

  • (2) Bilstein B12 rear coils 53-297839 (≈1″ rear lift)

Cosmetic note: Mopar coils may show minor scuffs from bulk packaging. This won’t affect performance or longevity.

  • Drive: 2WD & 4WD (DT chassis)
  • Excludes: TRX, Classic (DS) body style, factory Air Suspension or load-levelling systems

Ride, Handling & Tyre Fitment

Expect a firmer, more controlled feel than stock without beating you up on broken pavement. With a typical 2-2.5″ front and ~1″ rear, many DT trucks clear up to 295/60R20 or similar with proper wheel offset and caster—trimming needs vary by wheel/tire combo.

Installation Notes

  • Alignment required after changing ride height.
  • Tighten control-arm and link bushings at ride height to prevent preload.
  • If adding a heavy front bumper/winch, choose a higher front snap-ring position or contact us for setup guidance.

FAQs

How much lift does the rear get?

The included Bilstein B12 rear coils (53-297839) add approximately 1″ of rear lift, restoring a mild rake when the front is set around 2-2.5″.

Can I choose my exact front height?

Yes. The 5100 snap-ring system provides about 0-2.6″ of front lift range. We can assemble to your requested setting.

Will this fit a Ram 1500 Classic?

No. This kit is for the DT (New Body) only. It does not fit the DS (Classic) or TRX, and is not compatible with factory air suspension.

Do I need a spring compressor?

No. Front coilovers ship pre-assembled with new top mounts.

Do I need an alignment?

Yes-always align after installing suspension components or changing ride height.

      A UCA's are recommended but not required, the benefit of the UCA's is to fix the caster when the vehicle is getting aligned and also helps you a lot with articulation on the front end.

      A Adding a 1" lift spacer will give close to factory rake, not exactly factory rake.

      A yes but the lift amount will be less depending on grill guard weight
