Zone Offroad 2015-16 Ford F150 4wd 4″ Suspension System. This system includes the same features and benefits of the current 6″ system for those looking for the same quality and performance at a lower height.

The system is built around 2 heavy duty 1-piece lower control arm crossmembers and massive ductile cast iron steering knuckles. Differential relocation brackets place the front differential for perfect CV angles and still allow for the factory front driveshaft to perform as is should. The 4″ of lift is provided by bolt-on strut spacers do not require disassembly of the factory struts to install. New eccentric cam bolts make adjusting the alignment easy, sway bar drops adjust the sway bar to its optimum position and a heavy 1/4″ thick differential skid plate protects the underside when off driving off road.

In the rear, full 4″ cast iron lift blocks with integrated bump stop wings provide enough lift to level the truck nicely. Rear Hydro or optional Nitro shocks finish out the installation and provide enough clearance for a maximum sized tire of 35×12.50.

  • 18″ wheels should be test fit to ensure proper tie rod end clearance. Wheel profiles can vary between manufacturers
  • Stock 17″/18″ wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20″ wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire
  • Vehicles equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop kit D5405
  • Depending on wheel selection, minor trimming may be required to fit tire

The revolutionary new Zone 4″ lift kit system features new front leaf spring mini packs that are designed to not only ride great, but will hold up over the long haul. An adjustable track bar is included to properly center the axle after lifting. This track bar features new oversized urethane bushings for long term performance. Optional ZONE shocks (choose from drop down) were custom valved to work perfectly with the new Zone leaf springs to increase off road performance while still offering unmatched on road ride quality. With the front replacement track bar and the rear block kit, this system is one of the easiest installations on the market for a 4″ system.

Zone Offroad’s 2016 Toyota Tacoma 4wd 4″ Suspension System gives current model owners a complete and affordable system to clear up to 33″ tires, including everything needed to properly outfit your new truck for safe, reliable performance where ever your journey may lead you.

Up front the kits include a pair of heavy duty 1/4″ thick crossmembers, full width differential skid plate, and multipoint differential relocation brackets to create a strong subframe. These combined with the ductile iron steering knuckles all the system to work with the factory ESC System parameters to keep you safe on the road. Finishing off the front of this kit are a pair of top mounted strut spacers, new bump stops, sway bar relocation brackets and all the hardware needed to install. Zone Offroad 4″ Coil Springs Lift Kit 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ

Prepare yourself for the perfect combination of off road performance and on road handling. This 4″ ZJ system offers dramatic improvement in wheel travel and performance. The new massive lower control arms drastically inscrease the strength over stock, are formed to clear the mount for more wheel travel and correct front alignment. These arms feature rubber bushings to absorb the road and offer a degree of flexibility. This system comes with a transfer case drop as well as rear pinion cam locks that rotate the rear pinion for proper driveline angles. With 4″ of lift, you can clear up to a 32″ tire with room to twist as well as use your Jeep for a daily driver.

  • Four new Zone coils are included that are capable of being fully compressed and they will always come back to their original height.
  • Front extended sway bar links are included. These links come with urethane bushings to increase performance and reduce body roll.
  • A rear track bar relocation system is included to perfectly center the axle under your ZJ.

Important Notes!

  • Measure front driveshaft prior to installation -over 24-1/2″ – no modification should be necessary, 20″ to 24″ you may need to change to spicer type joint if vibration occurs. If driveshaft is less than 20″ then a spicer type joint is required and vibration may persist.
  • Vehicles equipped with V8 may not achieve stated lift height. Front 3/4″ coil spacer is a common addition to this lift kit for the V8 models to accommodate the additional weight of the larger engine.
  • If equipped with CV style front driveshaft mount at the pinion, then a new spicer type u-joint is required to eliminate vibration.
