The uniball  is exposed end needs to be cleaned every couple of weeks to decrease metal sounds. The sounds will still come out of it even during normal use. TotalChaos control arm is designed to give the vehicle proper caster and more articulation on the front end, but it is not adjustable. These UCAs offer great offroad performance.

A To achieve a proper level look with the Bilstein 5100 coilovers, you should choose either the 3rd or 4th clip setting. Setting #4 (1.77" - 1.8" Lift): This is the most popular choice for a true "leveled" look. It brings the front up almost perfectly even with the rear, leaving just a tiny bit of rake so the truck doesn't sag when loaded. Setting #3 (1.18" Lift): Choose this if you prefer to keep a slight forward lean or if you frequently carry heavy loads in the bed.

      A

With the Bilstein 5100 kit for 2007-2013 Silverado/Sierra, the front lift is adjustable from 0 to 1.8 inches via the clip positions (approximately 0.59", 1.18", 1.77"). It does not provide a 2.5" lift option. A 2.5" spacer on top of a Bilstein strut would not be supported by this kit. If you need ~2.5" total front lift, you’d need a different setup or a kit that offers that lift range. We can double-check current options or compatible kits for a 2.5" lift if you’d like.

A you can use your spacer if you'll order coilovers assembled on the lowest notch setting (0'' - stock height)
