Read moreA These shocks are 180 degree directional meaning they can mount boot up or down. There is nothing wrong with them. Picture we have has boot up, because that is the only picture we have from manufacturer. They are correct and will work fine.
I have a 1969 ford 4x4 hi-boy. I don't know how high it was from the factory but I have had the front lifted to make it level with the back. Do I need to extend and collapse the front and back and give you the measurement to get me the right size?

It all depends on your current ride height. If you've leveled your truck, you'll likely have 1 to 2 inches of front lift, while the rear remains stock. Therefore, you'll likely need 0 to 2-inch front shocks and stock rear shocks. However, we recommend measuring your existing shocks before purchasing new ones.
