Hello, I have a 2004 Ford Ranger Edge 3.0L V6. Will these kind of shocks fit my truck? My suspension type is the kind that has no spring, only the shock and torsion keys. If these were to fit my truck, would it affect these shocks because i lifted the front end a little bit, but using only the stock torsion keys. So its basically a stock lift. Thank you
