Fox 0-2″ Front 0-1.5″ Rear Lift Shocks for Toyota 4Runner 2010-2026
Fox 0-2 inches Front 0-1.5 inches Rear Lift Shocks for Toyota 4Runner 2010-2026
Part Number: 4cd79ba500e2
Summary: This FOX 2.0 Performance Series shock and coil-over package is engineered for the 2010-2026 Toyota 4Runner to provide race-winning performance in a direct bolt-on solution. Utilizing an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) to separate shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen gas, these shocks are designed to maximize suspension travel both on and off the road. The aluminum body construction ensures faster heat dissipation compared to traditional steel, providing consistent damping performance across various terrains.
Features
- Internal Floating Piston (IFP): High-pressure nitrogen gas charge provides a barrier between the oil and gas to ensure fade-free performance by eliminating oil aeration.
- Aluminum Body: 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum construction provides superior heat dissipation to ensure consistent damping during extended use.
- Redundant Sealing System: Multi-layer seals provide a robust barrier against contaminants to ensure long-lasting performance and durability.
- Serviceable Design: 100 percent serviceable and tunable components provide the ability to refresh the shocks for a longer overall lifespan.
- Nitrile Bushings: Application-specific rear bushings provide increased articulation to ensure improved suspension movement in off-road environments.

Do you need new rear coil springs to achieve the advertised lift? If so what do you recommend?

0 votesQ Do you need new rear coil springs to achieve the advertised lift? If so what do you recommend?A If you want to get 1.5 inches on Rear, then you need new longer springs These shocks will not lift your truck by themselves - some lift kit options as add-a-leafs or longer coils or maybe spacers will be required for a lift. These shocks are only longer than the stock shocks - designed for use with the existing lift. Hello,
I currently have bilstein 5100 leveling shocks on my front end and 5100 on the rear of my 2011 trail 4runner with kdss. I have been considering a slight lift, but most importantly I am wanting to enhance my vehicles on and off road performance without compromising the kdss performance in the process. Currently I notice quite a lot of
"bucking" when going over bumps in the rear of the vehicle. I have researched icon stage 2 systems and like the idea of the vehicle to be able to go over rough terrain at a reasonable high rate of speed, but I have also gathered that I'm normal everyday driving the ride is rough on the road. My goal is to be able to have a smoother ride on the road yet have a suspension that will allow me to take the 4runner to the sand dunes and be able to get around without worrying with bottoming out. I do lot more trail and overland style driving rather than ripping around sand dunes, but it'd be nice to have a suspension that would be an all around one so if you have any suggestions such as the fox set up in would greatly appreciate your input. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you.
Also, I have stock coils and springs with 265 good year duratracs running at 34psi.
