Designed for the serious off-road adventure seeker, the all new BILSTEIN 6112 Series Kit is the ultimate suspension solution. The 6112 Series optimizes off-road and on-road capabilities with a 60mm digressive piston for increased damping control. This kit features specially designed cold wound springs and an adjustable spring seat which allows for vehicle leveling, larger tires, and increased ground clearance. The kit comes with (2) 60mm shocks (2) springs and (2) billet spring seats. The 6112 is a direct bolt on application for late model half-ton trucks and SUVs which utilize a factory coilover suspension. The 6112 kit is for front applications and reuses the OEM top mount and spring isolators. To maximize performance, Bilstein recommends a 5160 Series remote reservoir shock for the rear

Hello… Can you advise, based on customer feedback and/or actual experience, what may be the actual amount of front spring settling ?? Current rear stock wheel fender height is approximately 2.5” and front wheel fender height is approximately 2” (measured from mid wheel hub to bottom of fender). Need to decide which setting to order, 2.3 or 2.5… Thanks in advance..

Immediately after installation, new Bilstein springs usually provide about 0.25” more lift than advertised. After about 1,000 km, they will settle by ~0.3”, and the front will stabilize at around 2.25”–2.3”. If you go with the 2.5” setting, even after settling, the front of the truck will remain level with (or higher than) the rear, and even a minimal load in the bed will cause the front end to squat and look high.
Can you get different load coils or clip locations to make it accommodate a heavy bumper and winch?

If I use my stock rear shocks what height do I need to set the front springs on to get it level.

Difference between front and rear is how much lift you need to level. https://www.suspensionlifts.com/level.png usually middle clip setting for leveling
