Complete Stock-Height Suspension Refresh for 2005–2015 Toyota Tacoma

Refresh the front and rear suspension on your 6-lug Tacoma without adding lift. This complete package combines preassembled Bilstein B6 4600 front coilovers, matching rear shocks, and a matched driver-side and passenger-side pair of OE-style replacement rear leaf springs.

What’s Included

• Two preassembled front coilover units built around Bilstein B6 4600 front shocks, with OE-style coil springs, new upper mounts, isolators, bushings, and assembly hardware
• Two Bilstein B6 4600 rear shocks matched to the front dampers
• One matched left/right rear leaf-spring pair in the configuration selected below, with spring-eye bushings installed

The front units arrive assembled, so the original front springs do not need to be transferred and a spring compressor is not required for front-unit installation.

Choosing the Correct Rear Leaf Spring Pack

Toyota used more than one rear spring configuration, and some 2005–2011 Tacomas may now have a revised four-leaf pack. Inspect the springs currently installed on the truck before ordering – model year alone is not enough to identify the correct replacement.

• 3-leaf pack: A 2-over-1 stock-height configuration with a nominal pack thickness of approximately 1-7/16 inches and a width of approximately 2-3/8 inches. Cataloged for select 2005–2011 6-lug PreRunner and 4WD applications; not for the 2.7L Regular Cab.
• Revised 4-leaf pack: A 3-over-1 stock-height configuration with a nominal pack thickness of approximately 1-11/16 inches and a width of approximately 2-3/8 inches. Offered for select 2005–2015 applications, including trucks currently equipped with the revised four-leaf configuration.

Both choices include one side-specific spring for each side of the truck. They are OE-style, stock-height replacements – not lift springs or advertised payload-capacity upgrades. Rear-spring mounting hardware is not included.

Bilstein B6 4600 Performance

Bilstein B6 4600 shocks are designed for stock-height trucks and use a high-pressure monotube design with velocity-sensitive digressive valving. The application-specific tuning provides consistent damping and improved suspension control without reservoirs or external adjustments.
