Zone Offroad 4.25″ Coil Springs & leveling+Body Lift Kit 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ

Part: J25/J26

Due to popular demand, Zone Offroad introduces the 4.25″ combo lift for your 1997-06 TJ Wrangler. Zone Offroad merged their 1.25″ body lift, 1″ motor mount lift, & 3″ Suspension lift into one kit to provide superior value and performance.

This system will easily clear 33’s with room to twist. This complete system is made to handle great off road as well as ride better than stock on road. When compared to your stock TJ, this kit increases droop by 4-3/4″ and increases the wheel travel from the stock 7″ to 10 full inches of wheel travel! These coil springs are designed to last and handle all the abuse you can throw at them and maintain the correct ride height.

One of the key aspects to this 4.25″ combo system, is it eliminates the use of a transfer case drop, but still allows for use of the factory rear driveshaft. Essentially the included motor mount lift replaces the transfer case drop included w/ other systems and improves the rear driveline angles by tilting the transfer case output down towards the rear axle. Not only does this mean you are getting the full added belly pan ground clearance from the lift, but also added ground clearance to the engine’s oil pan. This is a significant benefit in comparison to a suspension lift alone. Furthermore, by installing the motor mount lift in combination with the body lift it re-aligns the engine fan with the shroud to ease the installation.

This system is sold with the choice of fixed front sway bar links or sway bar disconnects if you are looking to get the most articulation from your system when offroad.

This system is certainly one of the best values on the market today to clear 33’s with more ground clearance than most other systems provide.

Zone Offroad 3″ Coil Springs Lift Kit 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ

Part: J21/J22

New front coil springs are supplied that are capable of handling anything! Since we design our coil springs for off road use, there is no need for bump stop extensions. Our coils can be smashed to the bottom and will always come back! No, that doesn’t mean they are stiff. The key is using the correct size wire and quality material with the correct spring rate to offer the perfect ride and still hold up over time.

The rear is lifted via new Zone Offroad leaf springs. Many hours of development and testing have finally produced a capable spring that we are proud to introduce to our lineup. The new springs are a 5 leaf pack with anti-friction pads and center leaf spacer plates between each leaf. This design greatly decreases leaf pack internal friction. These springs are designed to give 3″ of lift and are also set up to give the max amount of compression travel before the shackle is limited by the rear portion of the body. This allows the springs to flatten out as much as possible, which translates to increased wheel travel. These are designed to flex, but can still hold up and handle your load of gear.

Optional gas charged Nitro shocks available for added handing control.

Featured Technology & Benefits

  • Front coil springs designed to give a full 3″ of lift while maintaining an O.E. style ride
  • No bump stops are included because our springs are designed for extreme travel.
  • Replacement Rear Leaf Springs that will ride great and replace the tired factory XJ springs.
  • New rear U-bolts are included with high nuts and washers
  • Optional: New front and rear shocks are included that are valved specifically for your XJ, choose from drop down menu

Important Notes!

  • The XJ was produced with different possible rear axles. You will have to identify your rear axle before being able to complete an order. The easiest way to tell the difference is to measure the I.D. of your rear u-bolts. The Chrysler rear end uses a 3″ I.D. u-bolt and the Dana 35 rear axle requires a 2-3/4″ I.D. u-bolt.
  • Though not always required, optional 1″ transfer case drop kit (J5006) recommended when using stock driveline.
