I ordered this pair of struts back in December, 2020, and finally got around to assembling them. I noticed one of the spacers was missing, the one that is located where the threaded part of the stem transitions to the smooth part of the shaft. Without it, the bottom washer and stem cushion are very loose and move around. The other strut assembled perfectly. Can you tell me how to get a replacement, or how to go about ordering one (part number, name of part)? Need one ASAP, as I've already begun to put the vehicle together. I've made sure to vigorously look and made sure it never came in the box! Thanks for your help.

A Priced per pair of shocks. It can lift the front up to 2.5'' by itself using height adjustment so the leveling kit is to be removed not to exceed 3'' of lift and not to damage the suspension

I can't say if the shock will come with a boot or not and there isn't any special pricing for the shock with or without the boots.

It was designed to work with the Bilstein 5100’ s. With the 112620 you have two different settings you can use.
